The staff is very, very friendly and professional. They will take the time with a novice or pro vape user. They are not salespeople, meaning they are not trying to sell you everything just to make a dollar. They will explain what you need and if you don't understand, they will explain more, very patiently. They will try to save you money, instead of trying to make you spend more for no reason other than making a commission. The only issue I have is I don't think the owners are very appreciative of their staff. I really hope this is seen and the owners realize how difficult it is to get really good people to work for them. I would think, as a business owner, they would realize this, but from my observations, I am not so sure. Owners- you have some really great employees, please show your appreciation and realize they have made a lot of people very happy with what can be a very overwhelming and confusing experience & they are very patient with us customers and our stupid questions (yes I have asked stupid questions and heard many more). Went in a few weeks ago bought a few things told them I would be back yea same great personality and customer service. These guys aren't worried about the money you spend. Was in for several hours I'm still new to vaping but seen and interacted with staff friends of staff and other customers regardless of new or veterans to vaping was no judgement or looked down upon for questions I had. Wasn't bored with me asking questions seemed like he genuinely enjoyed getting his brain picked. I was trying to buy the biggest and baddest mod get a generator for a battery back Tynan explained to me why I should wait before jumping that far too fast. Was more than happy with all my juices and products I bought. Will definitely be my home shop when we touchdown again. The wife and I are new to vaping, both of us are "social" smokers so this isn't something we'll probably do all the time but wanted to replace "analog" cigs, we had no idea how to get started with vaping. Chris T. was super friendly and pointed us in the right direction of how to get started and suggested hardware that worked with our level of usage. It's all a little overwhelming with all of the juices, etc but Chris explained everything really well, set us up with how to try the different flavors, nicotine levels, etc. He made the experience not so intimidating. I had a problem with my battery and it was taken care of right away, no problems at all. The Vapor Haus has great customer service and a great selection of hardware and juices, I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into vaping or those who actually know what they're doing. read more

This is a business that WILL NOT stand behind the products that they sell. I bought a vaporizer battery there that quit working properly after only 2 weeks! The chamber that they sold me quit working after 3 weeks! When I asked for a replacement of the defective battery, which I had a receipt for, they laughed in my face and told me that they have a 7 DAY return policy!!! REALLY? When I bought the battery, it was NOT in any kind of new packaging. I think they use the batteries to smoke all day, and then throw them back in the sales case to pass on to unsuspecting customers! I have been in the store numerous times, and the employees cannot stop smoking even for a moment to complete a sale! What a farce! I will NEVER cross their threshold again and even though I can walk easily to the store, I will drive miles out of my way to go to a vape store that will treat me with the respect I deserve!!!!
