DON'T SHOP HERE!!! I went in on a Friday afternoon and purchased pods. I had the device in hand and showed it to the young man behind the counter. He fumbled through the pods and supposedly sold me the pods to fit the device. Over the weekend I realized the pods were way too small for the device. I returned to the store on Tuesday afternoon with pods and device in hand. I explain to the young man he sold me the wrong pods and he asked to see the device. He picked the correct pods out and asked me if that would be all. I said yes do I get an exchange for the incorrect pods? He replied, no all sales are final and kept glancing around the room trying to find an all sales final plaque. There was no such thing. I said so I just bought these pods for absolutely no reason when you sold them to me telling me they were the right pods? He replied, well if I had seen your device I would've sold you the right pods. I told him I showed you my device. You looked right at it. He replied I'm not gonna argue with you. I said I'm not arguing with you I'm telling you you saw the device you sold me the wrong pods but now I don't get to exchange them. He replied, all sales are final. How many of the correct pods do you want? So I had to purchase another complete pack of the correct pods! I will never shop here again and have a very strong wanting to call whoever owns this store and tell them how rude young man was. So remember when shopping at the store the representative behind the counter may screwup and you don't get a refund or an exchange. read more
