Same as the below poster. I bought about $400 in devices and accessories here in the past 2 months. Started out with a pod system then upgraded to 2 Wismec Luxotics. I WAS very happy with them and the shop. However, at day 34 I noticed a defect in 1 of the devices that made it no longer operable. The shop claimed to not have the ability to swap it out, even after I proved that it was a defect from the Manufacturer. Even worse, the guy working stripped out the top of the scew even worse than when I brought it in. I understand it was 4 days past the warranty, but I was not even offered a 1% off of my next purchase or anything....So, back to cigarettes! Thanks alot! Sure will save your butts not having to replace that $15 deck. What you didnt think about was the juice we would be buying regularly, and cotton, and wire. But nope! Lost my business entirely!! read more

After being a patron here for several years, and I love the juice, but the customer service today rubbed me so wrong that I'll be going elsewhere moving forward. Brand new device, with receipt and box, had what I was told was a factory defect, but unwilling to do anything but charge me for the fix, no thanks. read more

Had a very good experience here. I've never owned a mod or vape pen before, and the staff were very helpful in helping me pick one out. He showed me how to put it together and gave me tips on when to change stuff out, etc. My only suggestion is that staff make sure the customer tests out their vape before they leave! I should've thought to do so myself, but for some reason, I didn't, and when I got home I got the No Atomizer notification. Turned out I wasn't tightening it far enough, and my mod is fine, but for a noob it was pretty intimidating at first! Not blaming staff in any way but, for assurance, it wouldn't hurt them or the customer to make sure all is functional at the time of sale to correct operator errors. read more

Placed my order on vapor42.com on Monday, September 30th. Shortly after, I received an email stating that my order had been filled and "shipped". I thought "wow!", that's awesome. Of course I looked at the tracking on the FedEx website and it stated that the package had not been received yet, which is what I expected. Checked the next day and it changed from an estimated delivery date of 10/1 to an estimated delivery date of "pending". Fast forward to today, Friday, October 4th, it still says pending. I called customer service and an awesome person named Marley answered the phone. She was very friendly and very apologetic, and represented the company well. She proceeded to tell me that she was looking at my package and that FedEx had not shown up all week to pick it up. She then asked for my contact info so that she could call her manager and give me a call back. Within 5 minutes she called me back and said that an employee was bringing my package to FedEx and that I should receive it Monday or Tuesday maybe. I appreciated her response and the apologies she offered. However, my questions for the company is how in the world do you let a package sit there for an entire week and do NOTHING with it. Had I not called today, It would still just be sitting there. Is this really the best you can do for your customers? To anyone out there who is considering ordering from this company - take the phrase "buyer beware" to heart. Looks like I will be going on at least 7 or 8 days to get 2 bottles of e-juice. 100% unacceptable in today's world. read more
