Wife and I stopped in on a detour from Savannah to Jacksonville, Florida. This place came highly recommended by some friends who live in the Ft. Stewart area. Very nice shop with lots of flavor options and the staff was extremely helpful. The owners, whose names I didn't get, were working behind the counter helping out which is nice to see. I called in my order on Dec 21st for 150 mls of Magically Suspicious 3gm nic. Gave the man my address and paid for it and the man on the phone said no problem he will have it Iin the mail that day. I waited till Dec 29th to call and ask where my order is because it hasn't come in. The man that answer said Christmas just passed and he would check on it. I waited again till Jan 4th and Justin tells me it must have gotten lost in the mail and will mail it out again that day and I should receive in in 3days I waited 4 days just to be nice and nothing. On Jan 8th I called back asking what's going on with my order. Justin goes on to tell me he gave my order to someone I don't know that is my sisters friends according to him and that they will mail it to me. I did not authorize any of this and I found out they lied to me when they said my order was in the mail because they never mailed it. Justin then curses at me when I demand my money back because they gave my order to a stranger I don't know. When I order something and pay opfor Irish expect to get it with in a timely manner and not find out they give my order to strangers that I don't know and I never got my order. Great options in flavors. Great product selection all around. They offer a customer friendly reward program. I have enjoyed my experience almost every time I am in . That is except when the douche is in . Yes, douche the co-owner or whatever with the gun holster. You sir, are the worst at customer service I have seen . Your workers are amazing, but you ignore your customers and stick your nose in the air. I came in a day before moving out of town to get a replacement coils for my tank. Simple , easy purchase. I walked in , other customers were being taken care of. I stood silently waiting for someone to offer assistance. I had been in mutiple times , but have never stayed long enough to know names. The younger girl was getting wire and the guy with the beard was getting liquid for a customer. I watched the douche with the blue hair and gun holster bullshit behind the counter with a customer. The douche then walked all the way from one side of the counter to the other . He then went plopped on the couch and look at his phone. Finally your great employee realized I had been standing there with no assistance. the guy with the beard generously helped me. If you run a business make sure all customers are taken care of no matter what . I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't care to be in there when you are "in". read more
