Worst company I ever dealt with. I bought a high end mech mod, I received a used worthless broken mod. I contacted them right away, was told to send it back. After being ignored for a week they totally disregarded their refund policy, gave me a bunch of excuses which all ended in, no refund, no exchange. Total scam. Customer service is non existent. I'll most likely be forced to dispute with my bank. This place is a total scam, look elsewhere for vape gear, much better companies to deal with. read more

I'm not an experienced vaper, so, I don't know much, but these owners ( I know that they were the owners cause I asked) were so unhelpful and kinda snotty, I would NEVER GO HERE if your a beginner! They treat you like your an inconvience! You can't try any flavors either... (*Go down the street to E-cig Barn, they are so nice and helpful and they don't treat ya like your an idiot! And... you can try flavors before you buy! They have a better staff, even tho smaller and less conducive to hanging out, at least I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience.*) I will give this store credit, hence the one star, for trying to look like a fun place to hang , if the owners weren't such condescending people, I'd have made it my go to shop. It is literally 2 minutes from my house, but the service lacks even the most basic customer satisfaction, as in helpfulness ... They don't appreciate the beginner vapers, they don't want to teach/show you even the basic operation of anything, and they don't seem to want older people there.... they seem to only want the big vapers that have mods and rda's ..etc... I don't. I just want to vape. Also they tend to expect you to know what you want. I'm New I don't have clue... aren't you here to guide me, so you gain another customer? I don't normally put down a bad review but... I will tell everyone not to go here! Kinda bs, saw they had the copper battle cap s for sale for $49.99. So I drive down to pick one up. The salesman rings me up and tells me that it's $70+, i say that on your website it's $50 bucks. He proceeds to tell me that the price is only good online! How can you offer something online for one price, and not honor that price inside your store! It makes no sense to me! read more

I had a good experience with the owner but a bad one with the employee yesterday. I was asking him for advice on a larger tank but wanting to keep the same coil setup. I had my mod and my tank with me. He sold me a $35 tank that looked the same as mine so I used it. When I went to put my T6 coil in the next day I noticed it was the wrong coil setup. I am now being told by an employee over the phone I cant exchange it and its my fault for buying and using it. This was also after he spoke to the owner. There are other vape stores close by and one is less than a couple miles away on the same rt. I will be going there or ordering online from now on due to piss poor customer service. Also left a note for the manager on the perka app. The customer should not be blamed for asking for a stores advice and taking it. Just went in and checked out this vape shop. I have to say im extremly impressed. Staff was awsome and the owner Leon was very easy going and a pleasure to do business with. The best Vape Shop in the Greater Boston Area. I have been to most of the shops all around Boston and this shop in West Bridgewater, of all places, is simply the best. First of all, the selection is crazy. Not just for juices, and he has everything you could ever want, but for hardware. He has an amazing selection of regulated mods, unregulated box mods, tube mods, RTAs, RDAs and all the other equipment you could ever want. The owner is a great guy to talk with about all things vaping and knows about all his products and will give you honest feedback about different types of equipment. It is a 45 minute drive for me, but so worth it. I picked up a new unregulated box mod for a good price, $135, a Gas Mask dual 18650 series in deep purple. He has lots of colors to choose from. A few weeks ago, I got the very hard to get Broadside Tube Mod. He has lots of RDAs to choose from to match any mod you have. I grabbed a great new juice, Bagel Boss Cinamon Raisin that is amazing. I also restocked some Dinner Lady Lemon Tart and a bizarre but great Primitive Vapors Vestige, a Key Lime Creme, Sugar Glaze and Cinnamon Doughnut flavor. If you want to visit a Vape Shop that has everything you ever wanted, try this place. read more

I will say I have never been there, I was ordering some liquid for my nephew as a gift. It was posted on web site for 17.99$ so I ordered it. I also do not vape so have no idea on prices. I then get email my order was cancelled, I call the store started the question with a male who then just hands me off to a woman (explain again why I am calling) I was informed that price was wrong and she couldn't do the order. I bought in good faith but wasn't even offered product at a different but lower price which by the way at that point I still don't know what the real price was! If I hadn't been spoken to in the manner I was I would have chalked it up to the error. This is not "best practice for customer service" . They have no disclaimers regarding price errors, a local business depends on word of mouth. A lot of competition out there,one unhappy person is in reality many. Politeness, apology, reasonable discount, happy customer equals many more customers. read more
