Newly opened location for the Vape Zone, the owner is very kind and courteous. He makes everyone feel like they're his favorite customer . I went in looking for cbd oil for my dog . The fireworks in my neighborhood have been insane and the poor thing is terrified. The owner has two different types of cbd for pets. He had small treats and actual oil . I opted for the oil because my dog is even afraid to eat anything during the fireworks. The price is comparable to what I've seen online and is worth a shot if you have a timid pup like I do . read more

Knock off EBCreate vapes. Fall apart with the push of a thumb and they taste horrible! The print is a bit blurred as well. I purchased one, walked out after testing. It initially tasted decent but something was off. I drove around the block, came back inside and thankfully they kindly let me try another. Same product, different flavor, same off taste. Prices were advertised a certain price and when I asked, he upped the price to a higher bid. Told him our budget and he kept asking if we would pay more. Bought a 5 pack of the smok .4 ohm coils for the baby beast and come to find out that they were knock offs,the cotton would fall apart,last about 2 days,the bottom that connects to the positive pin had a ruff Finnish that had to be sanded flat. Every coil when put in my baby beast would show an atomizer short,and the cotton where it wicks had metal behind it so it wasn't wicking properly. I called vape zone to find out what they could do for me and explained everything written here to the owner and he politely said no problem bring them in and we will take care of it. I get to the store and he proceeds to argue with me and tells me if they were in the package still he could have done something. I go to leave and he yells he isn't finished...he continues to argue. Granted I am mad as I could be over the situation,I paid 26$(when I go to other shops they are 20$ for the 5 pack),and to top it off he has his 12/13 year old son working there selling tobacco products. I usually go to SMOKE SCENE as they are (in my opinion)the best vape store in town. read more

Don't bother to give this shop any of your business. I bought a new vape pen in this shop, and dropped it after having it for a couple of weeks. I returned to the store for new glass and new coils. My vape pen was fully charged when I took it in. Fred (owner) worked on it, replaced the coils and the glass and he could not get it to work. He said it needed to be charged up. I took it home and put it on the charger. I returned to the store, and he said this fairly new vape pen must have a defect, and once you leave the store with it, there is no warrantee. I was not very happy, but had to buy a new vape pen. Needless to say, these are expensive. I let it go for about a week and was very unsettled about bringing a fairly new vape pen in, in working order and after replacement of the coils and glass, it left the store not working. He did charge me for the replacement glass and new coils. I again returned to the store as I didn't understand how this pen didnt work after he worked on it. He was very 'put out' but again changed the coils, and suddenly the pen started to work. I had already purchased a new pen, so now I had two of them. He said the coils he had changed prior must have defective. He was not very nice about having to deal with it again. He, once again, charged me for the replacement coils and claimed no responability for the pen not working the first time he worked on it. I also bought juice both times in the store and the price went up by 4 bucks. I will never return to this store for ANYTHING. read more

Pretty decent shop. They know their stuff pretty well but it always seems like whenever I stop in to pick up more than one item, they never have everything I want. Batteries...almost never. Specific flavors they say they're getting within the next day or so....never seem to show up. Definitely would recommend them but not as your only source. read more
