I called the store and spoke to the…read moreowner Anne Marie and she offered to replace them, weeks went by and I didn't receive an update or replacement, my phone calls went unanswered so I went into the store, she is not a friendly lady by all means. The expression on her face alone looked disgusted to have to assist with her customers. She blamed the postal service, but really the glass was not packaged properly and when a customer is spending $450 on glass, you're responsible to see that it is wrapped in enough bubble wrap and sealed properly. She was totally inconvenienced by the replacement, and told me I can go shop elsewhere. I have heard horror stories about this family run business and they were proven to be right. They're the most unpleasant family to deal with, "stuck up" kinda attitude. It's not worth the hassle, the glass is mediocre but reasonably priced, I suppose you get what you pay for.
