Walked in to purchase a lighter. While checking out, the system crashed, the transaction was…read morepending, the funds were removed from my account, but they "weren't able to receive the funds".. so I'd left with the money taken out and no lighter. Two employees assured me that upon closing, the "pending status" would be removed and the money would come back to my account. Fast forward two days, and the transaction was updated saying I'd spent the money there. (Keep in mind I'd left without the lighter.) Feels like they knew exactly what would happen, as this is the third time something like this has happened here. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute thieves.
