After a bit, I wanted to incorporate some supplements into my diet. I wasn't sure where to go, and I didn't want to go to the typical GNC. Then my BF told me about Elite Nutrition & said it was the best spot to go. It has been my go-to spot for supplements ever since. Everyone I've met that works there has been extremely friendly and very helpful. Another plus are the premade meals they have available each week in case you don't have time to make your own meal that day. (But you gotta be quick because they go super fast once restocked) Definitely recommend this place!

I have been wanting to try CBD for a while as it appears to have many benefits. I have pretty bad…read moreanxiety as well as eczema which I have researched can benefit from CBD. I did do some research prior to my visit so I wasn't completely in the dark. While I was there, the gentlemen at Black Tie was very kind and informative about their products. They also had a huge binder of lab testing results for their products and had a wide range to choose from. I was able to make an informed decision while I was there which was most important. I don't believe I would have made the purchase if the information provided wasn't as thorough as it was. I got a CBD vape pen to help with my anxiety through the day. It is also kind of taking the place of the nicotine vape I had (plus nicotine doesn't have much health benefits). I got the CBD Tincture for my eczema. I hope it will help as I am tired of doctors trying to give me steroid creams. I do not like knowing that the steroid creams can give me glaucoma or cataracts, esp when my eczema is on my eyelids. I feel the CBD Tincture will be a better option. I look forward to making another update once I've used the products for a little while.
