Good variety and selection for vapes etc. I totally recommend checking this out and other.

Prices too high, selection is good, big store, Open 24 hrs yes, but does not justify pricing read more

What happened to me here on Monday was the final straw -- and after talking to someone about it, I realized it was even worse than I first thought. I went in to make a purchase for just some hemp wraps and there was a white man ahead of me buying what looked like a tobacco or vape product. He wasn't asked for ID at all. No questions, no delay. He got his items and left. When it was my turn, the same employee, who has seen me before and already carded me on prior visits, suddenly decided to ask for my ID again. At first, I didn't think too much of it. But when I told someone about the situation later, they immediately said, "That sounds like racial bias." And honestly? They were right. I'm clearly in my mid 20s. I've shopped here before. There was absolutely no reason to treat me differently except that I'm Black. The more I thought about it, the more it clicked: this wasn't about store policy. This was profiling, plain and simple and with that being said I will never I mean EVER return here. read more

let's keep it real, this shop sucks. you can't use your points for any of the items besides lighted and ash trays. they are hiring new people who are destroying their clientele. No sense of connection. you're better going to the gas station. asking me for my ID before I even get to a product is so unprofessional. i know it's the "job", but it's just how you approach a potential customer, whom shopped there for years.. then why I can't use my points?? better off going somewhere else. let me keep it real with you read more

nice store friendly staff. I met Tony and he helps me a lot chosing what I want. Highly recommend coming !!

Absolutely love this shop! Not just because it's open 24 hrs. But I loved the customer Service! Seriously it makes for instant comfort when walking in. Every employee I have met there has been very informative, patient, sweet & just overall professional! The business itself is sparkling clean & organized although it would help TREMENDOUSLY if they were to organize the shelf prices from highest to lowest visible for the customers so that we're not constantly asking how much some thing is & taking away another customers assistance because let's face it, I want everything in that store! Lol So YEAH I give this place five stars and whoever owns it did a great job hiring. read more

Told me they had the puffco pivot and when I arrived they didn't have any wasted an hour of my time driving there

Got what I needed from this place and felt pretty satisfied. I bought a hookah and received great service from Victor; he was attentive and patient with me and my decision-making as I can be indecisive. I would return here for future purchases. read more

They're open 24 hours which is amazing. Employees are really helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff that is sold here. Will definitely recommend!! read more

I would give a negative 5 to this stores night shift employee such a d head and a hole all the time excuse my rudeness but he deserves it I have been coming here for last 2 months spending $80 to $100 each time , my device stopped working on the 4 th day for some unknown reason and the night shift guy wouldn't exchange or refund saying there is a 24 hrs exchange policy. Now I spent $50 got two puffs and stuck with this non working. Device in my hand where as the owner is cruising around in a Lambo taking all our hard earned money such a shame to these policies they make of there own. They just lost a potential customer I am never going back to these bogo dealers ! read more

So this was my first time here. I'm new to this whole vape contraption that my son gave me. I have been just using the pens. So I call ahead and give Marcus my budget and he says he can help. I drive over there and to be honest he didn't seem extremely knowledgeable about the device I had nor could he answer some of the questions I had. I literally had to call my son and have him tell the guy what I was asking for was ok to use in my MOD. I even asked if the nicotine was more expensive and he said yes so I opted for non nicotine and he told me it was the same price. I'm like huh? I had to ask him the same question multiple times slowly just to get to him understand what I was asking so he could give me the right answer. To be honest I probably won't come back unless another employee that knows this business is here. Nothing bad against Marcus personally, he was very nice,.it's just that he didn't seem to know enough to help a newbie. Update I found out he sold me the wrong juice for my MOD and it burned my coil! He sold me salt juice and for my MOD I can only use E juice... He should've known this so I basically wasted $30. I had to buy another coil and the right kind of juice. Update I spoke to the manager Don and we stettled on an agreement and he told me to come by Saturday (7/31) telling me he's there till 10pm and he's fix it...drove all the way down there only to run into Marcus again and Don isn't there! So not only is Marcus useless but Don can't be counted on either. I wish I knew who the owner is.. I would love to have a chat with them. DO NOT LET MARCUS HELP YOU! HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING! AND DONT BOTHER ASKING FOR THE MANAGERS HELP EITHER. Update to the reply from Vape City. I emailed you regarding this issue and would humbly ask for a full refund of the juice I purchased and another coil that was destroyed by the wrong juice I was sold. Please reach out to me. Thank you. I will never go back..this makes 2 wasted trips. read more

made a purchase of over $300, made it home opened one of the juices to pour in the kit and it burst open juice everywhere! went to the store the next day to see if they would replace it and was told no because it didn't happen in the store. that was my first and indubitably last experience with these people. the lack of customer service and the undertone of well you know, i will never patronize this business ever again..! read more

They sell fake products AND THEY KNOW IT. CLOWN manager "banned" me from their store for trying to get my money back for a vape product WE BOTH AGREED WAS FAKE. We tested the verification code on the box while in store and when we found out they were duds he TRIED to still make me to pay for it since it was open instead of apologizing for selling synthetics. On top of that, he left all the space max bars which HE (the actual manager) told me he was already aware all of their products were fake. As the store was getting more busy and ppl started walking in, he said he would "pay for it.." and to "not come back to the store" as a means of mitigating the situation but really just didn't want people knowing the scam they're running. This post is not in any way to attack vape city as I've shopped and bought real shit plenty of times. But to the clown that calls himself a "manager" who knows his products are fake but will continue to poison his customers to make a buck... lol and buddy had the nerve to tell me to take my receipt and lie to another vape city shop that I bought a "burnt" one.... Just to keep his sales aligned!! Moral of the story, I did not buy it because you got me f**ked up read more

If you want a disposable that will spit the entire time and a disposable that doesn't take the average android charger this is your place. Funny as hell the workers hand you the product and say you have six hours to return if it stops working . Should've turned my ass around and got my money back the second I heard that. Following day vape stops working and I spent 40 dollars. Owner does not give a shit and just by reading the comments and his responses I can tell why this place seems to be getting worse. If I can encourage everyone to not do one thing in life that is to never come here and spend your money you worked for on garbage. Plenty of other vape shops that sell products that work and aren't defective. read more

lacking in variety and common items were highly priced. The store needs more glass piece variations to be able to have an adequate selection of things to choose. The customer doesn't want to buy a completely new item if they just need parts. read more

I was just vape city and the employees super nice and help def recommend this place if u need any smoking products

One of the Most expensive smoke shops in Houston $16.35 for a puff bar that is outrageous If you ask me that his price Gouging I'll never paid more than nine dollars for a puff bar or any other disposable device by far the Most expensive place never going there again read more

This is literally the best vape shop I have been to yet. The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming it makes me want to come in everyday, not to mention they are 24/7! They have really good deals that give you your bang for your buck, if you're looking for a new routine vape shop, this is the place! read more

I've come to this location multiple times and never had a good experience. On multiple occasions my vapes have stopped working within the first day and at one point I had to try literally 5 vapes in front of the worker at the store because none of them were working. Today I went into the vape store to let them know that my vape was not working from day one. unaware that they only have a 24 hour policy, I asked if I could have it replaced and the man behind the register rudely cut me off to tell me I was out of the warranty time frame. For a company that always fails to have functioning products, you guys need to change your policy! There is no reason anyone should be paying so much money for products that aren't working or can't be replaced. Don't come here unless you want to waste your money or be greeting by employees with shitty attitude. Literally any other vape store would give a better experience! read more

Whoever runs this business is awful. They don't open every day at 10am for one. Sunday's the owner has changed hours to 12-11. Not changed anywhere online. Then, to top that off the guy never opens on time. Today (Sunday) I was outside until 1230 and the place still was not opened. If you value your time go to another smoke shop. I would advise going against shopping here, due to the complete lack of care for customers or their time. read more
