New to the area and was in need of new coils and liquid. A quick online search got me two vape shops and a few tobacco shops. Vape air was the first place I decided to visit. Man, what a mistake. Owner was not helpful at all and was more interested in chatting with the few kids that were there ( all looked like 16-17, I thought ecig was limited to 18+ ), anyways, he could not find the coils I needed and tried selling me a different tank he did had coils for. I asked a few questions about the e-liquids they carry but could not get straight answers, he avoided me and went back to his little buddies. Don't see myself going back there ever again, I moved here from CA and used to much better customer service, knowledgeable staff and nicer selection. read more

Came into this shop looking to purchase a new tank after purchasing said item and having it installed noticed something was amiss with my vaping utensil. The tank which i had just purchased for $60 was stuck inside of my (box/battery) and was unable to remove after walking out of the store 2 minutes later i came back into the shop and asked what was going on. After toying around with my item the shop owner said "yeah call the manufacturer and get them to fix it" i found this ridiculous because i have 200+ dollars invested in my vape and was furious that my product was now non functional. would not recommend going to this shop. As well the products inside are marked up significantly compared to other smoke shops in the area. read more

The people that work at Vape Air are the least friendly people of any establishment I have ever been to. You walk in and they will ignore you if there is anyone they know for 15 minutes. They have a small selection of mods and juice as well. Don't plan on asking them to build something for you because they will complain and then sometimes even refuse to build flat out. J-Vapor down the road has way better service and products! read more
