But what I enjoyed most as an experienced rider coming to Horsehaven is how Solange can prove, through demonstration and practical trial, how tiny changes in seat, balance and aids can greatly improve the horse's movement.

So... yeah.... no horse but she did get a card from Santa with riding lessons at Larry's Stables, and some how she patiently waited to April!! Debby did a great job, was very patient and an excellent teacher. Our girl had ridden a couple other times, but never completely on her own. First lesson she was on her own and couldn't have been happier. We'll be back next week!!

The owners were happy to get 2 more horses ready for me and my friend in their 4 o'clock slot. When we arrived there was a very friendly atmosphere and many cute animals playing in the yard to watch while you waited. We then signed in and they gave us a quick walkthrough and we were on our way. The ride was about an hour and a half throughout their beautiful property. There was one other party with us, and through the whole ride the hosts were talking to us making you feel very at home. I would definitely recommend this is you want to go on a nice horseback ride this is the place. Special shout out to "cloud" for chauffeuring me around on his back:)

If you or your kid likes horses, come here, and you will get the best experience ever trust me!!!there is also a summer camp lasting 1 week. On the last night kids 8 and up sleep in there cabin thing in there back. The cabin thing is not super preety, but you have a wonderful time interacting and telling stories together in the dark.
