The store is called a "Factory House" because it's an outlet store for Under Armour. I visited this store looking for golf apparel. I'm not going to lie - Jordan Spieth looks great in Under Armour and even as a fully grown man, I've come to realize I'm still influenced by what the star athletes wear. The store is spacious and it was stocked with a decent selection of golf apparel. Since it's the wintertime, I was specifically interested in golf pants and golf beanies. This store had a nice inventory of golf pants in various attractive colors, styles, and fabrics. I liked the light and breathable yet durable and element-resistant materials the pants were made of. I also liked the semi-elastic waistbands which were very comfortable (almost too comfortable). I was able to find pants in my waist size, but not length (which isn't unusual because I'm short). An employee told me Under Armour has more size options online. To get an idea for Under Armour's fit and look on my body, I tried on some pants in my waist size in a fitting room. My girlfriend and I agreed the pants were too wide and baggy from the hip and butt down through the leg. I'd have to get them tailored to get the slim fit I was looking for. My old off-the-rack Gap straight fit khakis are slimmer fitting than the pants I tried on. That was disappointing, especially considering how well-fitted Jordan Spieth's pants are (I know he's a pro, but still). As for beanies, the styles offered were OK, but I didn't find one I really liked. The prices were average/reasonable and the employees were helpful enough. I would return in the future to browse their new stock.

There was a pretty good sale on - lots of doorbusters. And the clearance section was also pretty big and had a number of nice items. We left with a huge bag load of items. The only issue is you will fall in love with all the shoes. So I chose the one that picked me and they had in my size. It was a nice black open toe platform. Very comfortable I chose to wear them out of the store. Definitely look great on. The service was wonderful as they were very crowded but they seemed to be on top of all their customers which is no easy feat. The price was great considering they are made in South Carolina. Definitely will check them out again the next time I am in town.

Parking wasn't a problem. There were multiple spots available. Once we parked, we decided to check out stores. This location has a nice variety, everything from the Hilton Head T-shirt company to Salty Dog, to Nike, Vans, Banana Republic, Crocs, and more. Also, pro tip, if you download the Tanger outlet, multiple stores had additional coupons available. I didn't fare too well at this section, but got a shirt from Salty Dog for me and my husband.

The gentlemen who runs this store has been here for several years and he's always a great customer service representative. This Ecco store happens to. We were greeted by Kim. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sis purchased a pair of golf shoes as did my hubby. And where there's a sale at any Brooks Brothers Outlet, it's on. When I'm walking on the Upper West Side of New York City, I snicker when I see folks wearing Brooks Brothers because I know they paid full price. I hate paying full price! I found a shirt that is molto sexy marked down to almost nothing. When I go to ring it up my purchase, there is additional discount for military??
