When I arrived I was greeted promptly and taken to my chair. I then had someone ask me what I was looking for and describe the style I was looking for. I then had my hair shampooed and conditioned by another person who did a really nice deep scrub on my scalp. It felt amazing. I then went back to my chair and got my hair cut and styled to my liking. Manuel was my stylist and he did an amazing job cutting it to my request and styling it great! I felt awesome when I left and would definitely visit this place again.

I was visiting my fiancee now husband in Milan and was in need of a trim. I walked in Thursday and requested an appointment. They fit me in the next day! Then when I told them what I wanted they booked me with their head stylist visiting from the salon in Rome. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment and they washed my hair the way I like it! That was the longest part of the process the blowout and cut were done in 45 mins. Wow, I was so scared of how it would come out and then to find my hair looked so beautiful. Also, my blowout lasted for days, almost a week. I am definitely getting my hair done here when I come back. They really are professional and work like a team here. I also had a Manicure and Pedicure here and was happy with that, however it is not like when you have your nails done here in the states. I think I was her only client so she really took her time. Almost 2 1/2 hours. But she was really friendly to me and tolerated my terribly spoken Italian and my ok spanish.
