I was EXTREMELY disappointed upon visiting and seeing how the business is run. I had no issue with anyone besides the owner of the salon who treated all the employees rudely and kept barking at them for "not listening" after they were doing exactly as she told them. The employees were working well but being treated poorly. The owner is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to everyone coming in, client or otherwise. I believe her name is Brittany.

I drove downtown to find an adorable little hair salon tucked into a brick building. It was clean and quiet. I was just getting a wash, cut, and style - but Michi made me feel like his favorite customer. The hair wash was phenomenal, with scalp massage. The cut was amazing! Usually when you walk in for just a wash/cut/style, you get quick scissors to your hair, a too-hot blowdry, and you're shoved out the door. Here, he dried everything first and straightened it out to see where my ends were and what condition they were in. Then, he took his time trimming each layer and fixing my forever-messed-up bangs. They actually look amazing now! I walked out of there with a clean, healthy-looking hairstyle and my new favorite salon!
