My initial consultation was complimentary, and I paid $130 for the injections. At that appointment, I was told to come back in three weeks for a follow up. At my follow up, I told Dr. Rullan that I was really happy with my results and did not need any additional injections. We briefly discussed possibly doing a peel or laser in the future, and I told them I needed to look at my schedule and would get back to them. When I went to check out, I was surprised when I was told the visit would be $130. I explained that I had not been told there would be a charge for the three week follow up and that, had I known, I would not have scheduled the appointment because I was already happy with my results. This was especially confusing because my initial consultation had been complimentary and I had paid $130 for the injections themselves. Dr. Rullan kindly came over and waived the fee, and I apologized for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, what happened afterward left me feeling incredibly humiliated. Mary, the office manager, told me, "You don't go out to eat without paying, do you?" She told me that the doctor's time is valuable, that a consultation or even asking a question about a procedure is a $130 fee, and that I was no longer welcome back. I completely understand that a physician's time is valuable, and I have no problem paying fees that are communicated to me beforehand. My issue was never about expecting a doctor's time for free. I simply was not aware that the follow up I had been instructed to schedule would cost another $130. I had actually been very happy with Dr. Rullan and was considering returning for a peel or laser treatment, which makes the way this interaction ended even more disappointing. I wish the fee had been clearly communicated when the follow up was scheduled and, more importantly, that the misunderstanding had been handled with kindness and professionalism rather than making me feel embarrassed and unwelcome.

I believe put in too big of implants than my body can handle. About 3 days after surgery my nipples started turning black and dying. The dr then told me to go to hyperbaric treatment to try to save my nipples (ON MY OWN DIME) I had to pay $2,500 for this treatment that did not work!!!! I had to live over 1 month with 2 hard dead nipples. I truly believe he had no idea what to do, he thought they would heal and everything would be happy dandy. About a month later I went in for him to completely tear off my right dead nipple and then half of my left nipple luckily I was able to keep some of my left nipple. The T incisions became infected leaving me with gaping holes the size of silver dollars. I was then connected to a wound vac to both of my breasts for damn near 2 months to heal my holes and non existent right nipple. Almost A YEAR LATER, he finally put my implants in again and lo and behold they were smaller thank god but SMALLER!!! Tiny!! Doesn't even look like a boob job they are saggy and so sad!!! Once my implants finally healed, he "googled" some tattoo shops to tattoo me a nipple and sent me on my way, oh I also had to pay for the nipple I lost because of him. Please for the love of god to NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself and your body. This has been the most traumatic experience I have ever gone through in my entire life. We just walked in without any appointments and we were treated like guests and not just clients. We were offered snacks, tea, coffee, and fruits which i don't usually experience anywhere. The waiting room looked nice but the only thing that fell short was the list or services offered. It should be printed on pamphlets or leaflets or whatever they call it so we can get a copy. The face massage was heavenly, to the point that i almost fell asleep and i felt relaxed that i had to change our itinerary and not proceed to get a body massage after. They actually have a good package for chemical peel for $399 (i think) because when i had my hubby have his chem. peel i spent around $260 for one session. I recommend this place for facial but make sure you remember the services they offer so you can try it out too. I will definitely come back to this place :-) either for facial or for other services.
