Delightful loaves of goodness. His cereals are ground by a mill stone via a very traditional process. Some say he's crazy, some say he's a genius. All I know is that the bread is superb. Who knew a passionate, disciplined baker in Wattignies maybe the greatest baker in Frannce? They say the ingredients are flour, salt, water and heaven. That's all.
