I just called this clinic for a TB test and was told all people getting this test must see the doctor first! I've never heard of this and the person there said it was just their policy. So this makes what should be a simple test quite complicated and expensive. This is not a place to go for this service. They obviously are just making up their own rules. read more

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen...she will send in student to be doctors to treat you. I rarely got to see Dr Ho. I also felt the front office was very unprofessional. Dr Ho likes to have you do lots of blood work and then sends in the student To be doctors to explain...if they don't know the answer then they go back in forth asking her. I would never recommend this doctor Ho to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I left and am very happy. read more

Ive always enjoyed going to Dr. Ho's office. Her staff was always very warm, welcoming, and very personable. To say the least, I have always felt comfortable and knew I would be taken care of at every appointment. Last week, I made a doctors appointment for Thursday. Do to Dr. Ho's unavailability, I had to be seen by her other doctor, Dr. Win. First off, it took several attempts to make an appointment because i was either put on hold forever, or i was unable to reach anyone period. I have never had that issue before with her old staff. They were always very prompt on the phone. While I sat in the waiting room last Thursday waiting to be seen, 50 minutes to be exact, I realized why I never could get through on the phone. Her new staff made patients their last priority. I watched her answer the phone, put the patient on hold, and continue on eating her butterfingers and chatting away with the other assistant. I couldn't believe it. And i could only assume the patient hung up because she never went back to take the phone call. Absolute poor customer service. After almost an hour of waiting, i was finally taken back into room 3. Once Dr. Win came in, he gave me about 2 minutes of his time and then proceeded out of the room. I was extremely frustrated due to the fact he didn't take into account how I felt, what was wrong, or anything to that nature. I told the Dr. that i was very congested and every time I sneezed and/or cough, my chest would hurt severely. It was hard to breathe at times and i also would have these cough spasms that were uncontrollable. Ive had this spasm cough since December. He looked in my throat and stated that it was extremely red, irritated, and i had quite a bit of nasal drip. His answer, "Have you tried cough drops?" ... Are you kidding me? Then he asked me not once, but twice, "Do you smoke?" i answered no, and he said, "Are you sure?" .....Excuse me? I don't smoke! Then he proceed to say that all of this was just the flu and if i didn't get a flu shot i would never get better. I almost felt as if he made commission of the flu shot just because of how pushy he was about the flu shot. Flu shot, flu shot, flu shot. So the Doctor ended up calling in a prescription for over the counter cough syrup which I have already been taking. The front desk sent it to the wrong pharmacy not once, but twice. I called back to let them know I asked for a different pharmacy and even after I called, it was sent to the wrong pharmacy again! Needless to say, I went else where, got antibiotics and I am already feeling much better. This doctor is a joke! If I cannot be seen by Dr. Ho, then it is time for me to find a new doctor and doctors office! read more

Both my daughter and I were patients of Dr. Ho for several years. The office staff is wonderful. However, in all the time we went there we saw Dr. Ho herself maybe three times. When we did she always seemed very put out that she had to actually see patients. Her PA, Brenda should've been our doctor as that is who always saw us! The problem is that every tiny thing has to go through Dr. Ho! She has no idea about her patients so her responses are mind boggling! When I called to get a medication for a cold sore she told her front office assistant I would need to go to an urgent care facility because she was busy! The medication was actually a simple refill!! Besides the fact, who goes to an urgent care over a cold sore and especially when I have a FAMILY physician! This was just one of many ridiculous incidents but it was the one that made me choose another doctor. If you don't mind a cold demeanor, impersonal care (besides the awesome front desk staff) and long waits - Dr. Ho is the doctor for you! read more

I made an appointment, Vanessa was very pleasant and got me back right on time. I was told I need to go get blood work done and I could go that day. I also asked about the bill and he stated I would be sent the bill in the mail and can pay it at that time. I stated I wouldn't be able to go right then due to other errands. I was not told that I needed to fast for this blood work. So when I took off early and went to get my blood work done I had eaten a small breakfast, and was sent away due to not fasting. Also sat in the waiting room at the blood work center for an hour. I tried calling the Dr. to verify this being I was not told I needed to fast nor was it written on my paperwork. I called this Dr. fifteen times and every time no one answered. Finally I got the receptionist and he stated... oh ya I didn't explain that you needed to fast. He asked if when I had time to go get my blood work done if I would then like to call back and set up my follow up appointment to go over my results. I stated absolutely not after it took me 15 times just to get ahold of him. He understood and set me up for the following Friday. When I went for my follow up appointment I was told that I had a balance owed, I stated I was told I would receive my bill in the mail and could pay at that time. She continued to push for a payment that day. I explained to her that all I have is my Care Credit card at this time for a source of payment. She stated that is fine and she could run the card. She swiped the card and for some reason their system wasn't accepting it. I confirmed I had plenty to cover the amount on that card, and that is the only card I have right now. The receptionist explained that well now it is showing her system off due to her reflecting a payment of $55. I continued to explain that I had originally wanted to wait for my bill in the mail and like I said I only have that card. She continued to tell me that she needed some other form of payment in order to balance out her system. I was extremely frustrated at this point being that first off I had stated I didn't want to make a payment at that time, secondly I explained I only had my care credit card, third this lady is pushing me to make a payment when I was told I could wait until I received it in the mail. The lady again tried my Care Credit card and it continued to not process. I explained I had my check book that they would have to cash the check on 09/02/2016, when I got paid. The lady explained absolutely not a problem she will make sure it's done and not to worry about it. Well on 10/06/2016 I received a notice that the $55 had come out of my account and overdrawn me. Extremely frustrated because I had assumed that check had been cashed (granted I should have never assumed) but when you mess up and I have to assist with correcting your error, you should do as the patient asks. I called the Drs. extremely frustrated, I explained I had originally stated I didn't want to make a payment but the receptionist pushed me to. When my card was declined I explained I would pay it once my bill is received in the mail. The receptionist explained she needed payment now due to she had already entered it into her system and didn't know how to back it out. I gave her the check with her promising me that it would be taken out on the day I wrote it for and that didn't happen. Basically she stated too bad on my part and that they couldn't do anything. I'll be calling again due to them sending me my 2nd bill in the mail for my follow up appointment I don't understand why I couldn't have paid my bill like this the first time around. read more

This office was amazing! After searching all day for a good office to see me for a simple UTI, I finally found this place! When I called they were able to fit me right in after lunch! The front receptionist was super sweet and was chit chatting with me for the whole 10 minutes before I was seen! I waited just a few minutes to see Dr. Brenda Young, I haven't seen Dr. Ho yet. She got right down to business with a great attitude and listened to everything I had to say, although it wasn't much, all I had was a UTI. She really made me feel like my health was her top priority and I am so happy I found this office! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Ho for 10+ years and I have seen some ups and down in the process but she has ALWAYS been 100% great. The depth of her knowledge outstanding. She is will to spend whatever time is necessary, you never feel rushed. While there are issues with the traditional "call in for an appointment" phone system the online options are better then ever. You can go online and pick your date, time and office. What I love is that I can write on my appointment time what I want to discuss. How may times do you get there with a list of things and forget one. Because we all (men) store up problems and save them for one appointment. My questions, submitted online, are generally answered within a few hour and always within a day. Never a frustrating call, call back system. When I have an appointment, within a few hours of leaving the office the details of that appointment are available online, allowing me go back and review the notes. The online system list all my appointment and details of each, all my meds, surgeries and referrals. The appointment system sends me reminders when I have an appointment. Once you get set-up in the system/process I think you will find like I have, it has never been better. read more

I am a new patient of Dr. Ho. I visited the office for the first time and was instantly welcomed by front office staff Ben. I filled out my new patient paper work and was immediately called by a new staff member Amelia. Immediately I felt like family and very comfortable she greeted me with a smile and took the time to introduce herself as a new member, which many people don't do. Our previous doctor was terrible. He poorly diagnosed my husband and would not request certain tests out of sheer laziness. He just wanted to keep drugging my husband not even knowing his ailment. His office was always failing to submit prescriptions, referrals, or to call back when results came in. After 2 useless ER visits in 1 week and ongoing issues with our PCP, we switched to Dr. Ho. We were seen by the nurse practitioner, Esther Quito. She was AMAZING! She came in, already prepared, having reviewed his medical file. She did a thorough check and reviewed all his symptoms and medications. She did not rush us and took in every possible factor contributing to my husband's severe pain. She immediately put in for the *proper* tests and they were approved the next day! Dr. Ho's office was an answered prayer! We are so blessed to have found this Dr.'s office. Patricia is the receptionist and she was great! She's nice, quick, and thorough. It's a very busy office; we did wait a while, but it was well worth it! read more

We have been with Dr. Ho for 2 years now and appreciate her care towards our children. For example, I took my son for his routine check up and while I was there, my daughter was coughing. Dr. Ho took the time to listen to her chest to discover she was at the beginning stage of Pneumonia. I was so thankful that she took the time to listen to her chest and caught this sickness before it was worse, even though my appointment was not for her. THAT IS CARING!!! Thanks again. Worst Doctor I have ever heard of. We made an appointment for a mole that was on the side of the leg that was dis colored, raised, and has little spots on it. An $180 co pay was payed, she came in and her words were "that looks very concerning" she explained that she would remove it right there and then to get it checked for what could even be possible cancer. She WALKED OUT AND DID NOT COME BACK. Her assistant came in and told me they couldn't do it that day and will call me back with another appointment. NEVER CALLED BACK. We called the next morning, they said they would call back with an appointment. never heard from them. Eventually, they made me an appointment for A WEEK LATER! Then, We get another call saying "we're REFERRING you to anther Doctor, but we can't get ahold of them, so YOU WILL HAVE TO GET AHOLD OF THEM YOURSELF" thanks a lot. Makes me feel sick to my stomach for a DOCTOR to TURN AWAY a patient for a Mole that could be as serious as our LIFE. Sickening. No Doctor at all. read more
