I’m Vanessa Burtle, a Southern California REALTOR® and Real Estate Broker with 17+ years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate with straightforward advice, strong communication and a hands-on approach.
For my sellers, putting a sign in the yard is only the beginning. I help determine what a home needs before it hits the market, coordinate preparation and staging when needed, develop the pricing and marketing strategy, and manage the details all the way through closing. I’ve helped clients sell longtime family homes, investment properties, trust and probate properties and homes while relocating out of state.
For buyers, I’m there from the initial search and offer strategy through inspections, negotiations and closing.
I’m based in Cypress and serve clients throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County and surrounding Southern California communities. After all these years, my philosophy is still simple: communicate, be prepared, tell clients the truth, and take care of the details.

History
Established in 2009.
I began my real estate career in 2009 and have spent the years since building my business through experience, relationships, referrals and a commitment to doing right by my clients.
I started young, which pushed me early on to learn as much as I could about the business and take my responsibility to my clients seriously. More than 17 years later, that mindset hasn’t changed - but my experience certainly has. Over the years, I’ve helped clients through all kinds of real estate transactions and life transitions - from buying a first home to selling a longtime family home, relocating, managing investment properties, and navigating trust and probate sales. Those experiences have shaped the Broker I am today. My business is based in Cypress, where I live and work, and much of my business now comes from past clients, referrals and people within the communities I serve. I want to be the person my clients trust to call years later when they need real estate advice again.

I’m Vanessa Burtle, a REALTOR® and Real Estate Broker who believes good real estate representation starts with being honest, prepared and available when my clients need me.
I’m naturally a detail person, a problem solver and someone who likes to have a plan. I’ll tell you what I think, explain why, and make sure you understand your options so you can make decisions you feel comfortable with.
I’ve been in real estate since 2009, but I still approach every client and every property individually. No two homes, families or situations are exactly alike, and I don’t believe the way I represent them should be either.
Cypress is home for me, and I’m proud to have built a business serving my local community and clients.
