Chris and Ali were very helpful and knowledgable. I needed to rent a projector, screen, and speakers for a backyard movie/game night. They explained which projector and screen was best for my outdoor movie night. My friends enjoyed watching the UFC in my backyard. The Vancouver Projector Rentals team made it easy to pick up, and they priced my weekend rental for 1 day. I highly recommend renting through them if you're hosting an event. I'll definitely come back to them so I can host more watch parties throughout the summer. read more

Wow, Chris did a fabulous job. He came to the venue prior to the event confirm what our needs were, made sure we had everything we needed and tested all equipment to ensure it was working properly and sound was perfect. Terrible service. This place doesn't even deserve a star at all. Each time I've called no one was there to pick up, even left messages and they never got back to me. Paid a fee of $35 to deliver the rental equipments at a specific time frame and they never showed up and even lied to us through email saying that the equipments have been delivered. If you are charging people for appointed delivery hours, you better be reliable and actually show up!! I do not recommend this company. So unreliable and customer service is non existent. read more

After 2 years of pandemic lock-down, my family was finally able to consider an in-person memorial…read moreservice for my late sister. We also wanted the service to be available online, so that friends and family from afar could join. Once event planning got underway, I soon realised that I did not have the time, skills, or equipment to run a proper hybrid event. I reached out to Yes Audio Visual asking if they could do A/V for a hybrid memorial service. James Haldane, the company owner, got back to me promptly, and affirmed that they do cover such events. Also, because memorial services are sensitive by nature, James himself took on the A/V for the event (rather than send an employee), just to ensure that everything was done with sensitivity and to minimize any mishaps. He was very professional, met me at the venue ahead of time to assess the capabilities of the venue, layout, internet, etc. He planned everything carefully ahead of time, and also came early on the day-off to do proper setup, testing, etc. Afterwards, I was supplied with a video recording of the event. A Zoom meeting video was also supplied, since the online component was webcast via Zoom. I highly recommend Yes Audio Visual and would gladly use them again.

Without a doubt, they are the best AV production service in the Vancouver area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We recently hired Vancouver Projector Rentals for our annual business conference at the Vancouver Convention Center, and they delivered a 5-star experience from start to finish. They handled full AV event production for us, and everything ran flawlessly. Alireza was always responsive, professional, and quick to address any request. His communication alone set them apart from other AV vendors we've worked with. They provided a complete setup including projectors and screens, PA System (microphone and Speakers), mixers, stage and risers, pipe and drapes. Equipment was high-quality, and their technical team ensured everything was perfectly set up and operated smoothly throughout the event. We had to rent some equipment for a celebration of life that and was really glad I found Vancouver Projector Rentals on short-notice. The team went above and beyond given the time. When we had issue transporting the equipment, it was resolved in a timely manner. We rented: - a speaker + mic - a short throw project - a 70" inch projector screen - extended HDMI cable and power cord The cables and projector were organized into a big box so it was easy to transport and set up.
