I would strongly recommend not taking your vehicle's here because I was referred by a so call…read morefriend that works there to have my step son's 93 ford ranger for service and repairs and boy do I wish I hadn't! I knew it needed some stuff done like passenger side motor mount tighten or replaced, aligned and i thought inspected but because of age it really isn't required also a battery. So i called and talked to the owner and he was informed of what I knew it needed and he was like bring it on and perhaps it will be finished today, so I said just let me know what all needed to be done so I can verify if we were going to have it done or not and was reassured that he would.(But never did)So later that day I went to drop it off and told the lady there the same thing and she too said ok (but never did)Three days go by and I messaged my friend and asked if he knew anything since he recommended me I thought he would be doing all the repairs and he told me they replaced the battery and tightened the motor mount and they were working on the front brake line because the passenger side was leaking and they needed a longer one since the truck was lifted so once that was done they should be calling me.Five or so days later I called and talked to the owner and he said they were going to try something to fix the brake line so they wouldn't need some extra long one's and should be ready that day perhaps. The next morning I missed a call from them saying it was ready to be picked up, so I called them back and asked the owner what the damage was and he started telling me they replaced front two wheel bearings and some bushings for the alignment, inspection, 6' of vacuum lines, tightened both motor mounts, replaced both brake lines and lowered them to fit better, replaced the battery and terminals and checked for parasitic draw, and i might need a brake booster some time. I thought he said $800 and boy was i wrong I go there and it was $1900 smh he said they gave us a $100+ discount also! yeah right. As I'm driving it home I noticed a light cover sitting in the floor board broken from under the hood they never mentioned when I get home I noticed something wet from under it! it was the power steering cap not on all the way! Also it drove better before taking it there!

Left and the truck pulls hard right so bad you're fighting it at highway speeds. Also tire on driver side front scraps wheel well when backing into a parking space. I left my vehicle with them for 7 hours and they just looked at it. Told me I need a left front wheel bearing and my tires are oversized. I left with zero work done, truck still scrapes and pulls. Total bullshit. They didn't even bother trying to correct the alignment issue. Hard to argue the alignment is off if the truck drives off the road within a count to 3. Go anywhere else. Either incompetent or actually trying to rip people off.

Charged my mother $2,114.05 for FAILED services that actually WORSENED her vehicle, resulting in…read moreher having to purchase another one. I was directed to the general manager, but will not return calls or send the requested information. Her vehicle was taken in to Barry Needham for services. Unfortunately, they could not fix the problem. They told her they would obtain a refurbished part from another location (I think Greensboro) since her current part was bad. Turns out the refurbished part was actually worse off than my moms original part, causing additional issues. After the attempts of failed services, they told her that she would just need to purchase a vehicle. Nothing had been said to her about having to pay for the non working part or failed services. As she was in the middle of the purchase of the new vehicle, Barry stopped the sale to tell the salesman that she needs to pay her balance with services. From what I was told, there seemed to be a lot of confusion. She paid the balance and continued her purchase. I understand how service managers make their money, and understand it would take a hit in the pocket. But when she told me about the situation, it did not sit right with me. Before my current career, I worked at Cary Auto Park for years between 3 different dealerships. Usually, when services have failed, that would just be a loss or provide some kind of accommodation for the situation. Especially if their customer is needing to purchase a new car. Although just to be sure, I did call around to dealerships to speak of what happened here. Every single service worker/previous colleague I spoke with seemed to be completely taken back by it and stated that was not the correct thing to do, especially with the new purchase of a vehicle from them. I called and explained my concerns to a manager on duty on 8/9/25. He stated this would be something I would need to talk to the general manager about and stated he would have him call me Monday. Monday came around and no call from them yet, so I called and was able to speak with the general manager named John, I explained the situation and he stated even though the services were failed and the non working part worsened her vehicle, she was still responsible to pay them. From here, I requested all of the service information. Such as service details, breakdowns, signed service and cost agreements prior to services being done, the information for that non-working refurbished part along with all of the notes from the mechanics about the services and vehicle. John requested that my mother contact them, I informed him that she does not feel comfortable working with them moving forward because of how they made her feel. He then said he would have service e-mail all requested information to my mother. I asked when would be a good time to call again to follow up in the case that they do not send the information, he said by the next day around the current time. Came the following day 8/12/25, nothing was sent to my mother. I had set up a meeting with an outsource for review, so it was time sensitive. I called and left a message for a call back, but nothing. Then again on 8/14/25 and again on 8/21/25, still nothing. I had spoken with a sales manager also named John, and I requested direct information for the general manager such as an e-mail. John stated he is a new general manager and he does not have any kind of direct contact information for him. At this point, I understand that I am being ignored purposely. All we need is the requested documentation for the services my mother paid. I've had to cancel my review meeting with the outsource until we obtain the documentation. This situation has become very frustrating. I live about an hour away, so it is very hard to meet my mother to go in person. All we need is the requested documentation..
