Medical staff does not know how to keep good updated records of your medications & allergic…read morereactions to such! I've told numerous different doctors & nurses my medication list a great many times within the last 3 weeks & even though they appear to enter such in their computers, they STILL manage to get my simple med list WRONG!!!! They also don't check to see what medication knocks heads with other medications you are on! No wonder I have had serious allergic reactions to medications!!!! They have put me on 4 CNS depressant medications when the maximum number the patient should be on is 3 per "drugs.com. Drugs.com states: "Central Nervous System (CNS) Drugs Therapeutic duplication The recommended maximum number of medicines in the 'Central Nervous System (CNS) Drugs' category to be taken concurrently is usually three. Your list includes four medicines belonging to the 'Central Nervous System (CNS) Drugs' category:" This is just the beginning on my gripes about difficulties I've had being prescribed medications & the difficulties I've had with getting advice how to properly wean off meds that have given me adverse side effects! Absolutely horrible! I've been ill for 11/2 months over medications that knock heads w one another without my knowledge!!!! Just horrible!!!

I started feeling crappy on a Saturday and was afraid I would have to wait until Monday to call my…read moredoctor. Then I'm sure it would have taken time to get an appointment. Well I thought it was a urinary tract infection and waiting that long did not make me thrilled. Women you know what I mean...not a pleasant weekend would be had. Then I remembered Urgent Cares. I have used some before with mixed results but someone said SVHC was good so off I went. They were right. It was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly. My weekend saved and what could have been a miserable time averted.

A year ago almost to the date, I was treated for a Respiratory Infection, a condition that is common to me, every change of season. I left there in September/ October of 2022 to pick up my prescription (s) from the pharmacy (normal scripts given for such infection,) only to have the wonderful surprise that my scripts where sent in for a 2 year old and visa versa. When I asked how dangerous this could be for 2 year old? Response was, "Lady, don't worry about it. All is good no one got hurt." This was from the prescribed. A year later I am still receiving phone calls from the pharmacy that the child's script is ready. My 75 year old mother went in a few months ago after a bad fall. She was diagnosed with a fractured nose, a fractured wrist after X-rays. Both of which were determined to be false diagnoses after further followup and imagining. Today I returned for the same said respiratory infection, I get every year with the change in weather so I know the treatment. I was told if I do not put my credit card on file I could not be treated. Reason being insurance companies are not paying their bills, so while I pay $15k a year for top of the line insurance, I can not be seen? With that being said, I do not trust putting a credit card on file at an office that can not even keep one person separate from the next when calling in a prescription. Let alone diagnosing a fracture on an x-ray that is not even there, TO RANDOMLY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS A CODING ERROR. I don't think so. Going to this facility is about as good as taking your neighbors/ sisters/ friend's antibiotics. Actually you might be safer with doing that. This facility needs to be shut down!!!!
