This park is primarily a waterfront viewing and strolling greenspace for the north side of the Ohio River. Interestingly enough, it appears that the state lines of Indiana and Kentucky aren't simply where the river lies, but in fact, cuts through the park. Even the east end where the amphitheater and the Jeffersonville Outlook stage area appear to be in Kentucky!
There are paved walkways and a nice planting of developing trees, but because the area is susceptible to river flooding, you won't find many amenities here.
At least it gives visitors who come across the bridge from the south a pleasant park to look at upon arrival.
