Both Brett and Norman provided great feedback and answered all questions I had. During the time when I was supposed to move, we had the added frustration of waiting on paperwork clearance during the pandemic. The entire time, both PMs always reached out and were very responsive. Finally, when making my way here, all paperwork, parking, and move in maintenance was completed in a timely manner and with my schedule in mind. Added bonus: the neighbors in the complex are really kind. I've had a couple of neighbors pick up boxes and deliver them to my door when able to get downstairs faster than I can to receive packages. Would recommend Carrigan and CAPRIET.

Slumlord apartments, cheap rent makes it seem apealing in the area but its not worth the moldy…read morewindows in the winter that managment just paints over instead of actually getting rid of the mold, and mice infestation the building managment refuses to fix, they will claim its not an infestation and say its because the building is located next to a forest area but it is extremly clear being there that it is not a small or new problem, they have become experts of sweeping it under the rug so to say and making tenants feel bad for even bringing it up, they also refused to pay back the damage deposit wen we left and we left the place in just as good condision if not better than wen we moved in with pictures to prove it "aside from all the damage caused from the mice chewing threw walls and leaving droppings everywere throughout the apartment" wich is the reason we had to leave because they refused to admit it was a problem, obviously because they didnt wana spend the money needed to actually fix it. Still owed over $700 for a damage deposit i will likely never see due to these cheap owners/landlors, save ur time and money look elseware!!
