I found the place nice but unfortunately empty I was the only customer since I arrived till I left. I sat to have a cup of coffee with a stropwaffle cupcake! The cupcake had a good flavor although I found it a bit too dense for my taste nevertheless I liked it. The frosting was very smooth and yummy!! The girl who attended me (I think owner) was nice but a bit shy. I think that if you are the new kid in town and not very popular it's needed to be more talkative and push the product and the brand. I wish them good luck! they have cute and yum yum looking cupcakes. Yes I'll be back for more!!

I discovered this place through Google maps (the only way to find businesses out here because Yelp…read moreis scarcely used). It was my first time in Hengelo and I had biked there from Enschede, hoping to buy some concert tickets at the Metropool...but I was an hour and a half early. I had to kill some time. So I hung out here! Being a student, living on campus with only a Starbucks being the closest, I am always dying for good coffee (the vending machine coffee is crap and doesn't take my card, and the coffee you get in the cafeterias also sucks). I ordered a simple Americano with a lemon poppy muffin. The 2 complemented each other SO well! This was probably the best Americano I've ever had as well. It had a good espresso tang without being overly sour. Their coffee menu was probably on the more extensive side too, they had the seasonal pumpkin and chai flavors. The atmosphere is very casual and quiet. I'm not sure if it gets busy (this is tiny Hengelo after all), but there weren't too many people crowding the area. The person working was very friendly and struck up a conversation with me too since it was so quiet. There are a ton of places to sit, mixture between small tables, comfy couches, and outdoor seating (when it's not raining!!). They also have wifi, so it's a great place to study!

Review in English only!…read more I popped in here for just a quick snack/coffee and to rest my feet. This was probably the first and only time in a café that I actually experienced customer service like home, so I give them props for good customer service! This was a quiet coffee shop (not THAT kind of coffee shop, this is the kind that actually has coffee) that serves some pastries as well as ice cream. I had some Thai dessert thing which I don't remember what it was called, and a cappuccino. Both were really good! They had comfortable booths to sit and from what I could comprehend in the menu, they seemed to offer brunch items as well (like avocado toast! Reminds me of home!). The man working informed me of the student special that they offer- 5 euros for unlimited coffee and access to their WiFi. This is great for ppl who like to study in coffee shops, and it seemed like a comfortable and quiet place to get work done!
