Lunch at a horse ranch!…read more
THE AMBIANCE:
Before reaching Santiago, Chile, we had a detour lunch at a spacious and beautiful horse ranch known as Puro Caballo. The staff dresses in clothing that represents Chile's culture, which is pretty neat. We were able to watch some Chilean dancing and take photographs with the gorgeous show horses. Thereafter, we watched the horses perform inside a ring that was decorated with Chilean flags. The ranch is composed of beautiful wood, flowers, and dirt. You definitely get the ranch vibe.
THE FOOD:
Lunch was pretty great. There was a lot of meat and vegetables. We definitely had a feast and enjoyed ourselves. I tried a drink I had never had before that was really delicious and apparently really good for your digestive system. It was non-alcoholic and a fruit drink that was semi-thick. I can't remember the fruit's name and I want to purchase some!! I posted a picture. If anyone knows, please tell me! I would appreciate it.
THE TIPS:
The ranch offers horseback riding. The website that is under construction says "open Fridays and Saturdays." The venue also offers the restaurant, a horse show, and hosts corporate events, matrimonies, birthdays, honeymoons.
