They quietly moved through group training adjusting positions, correcting as needed to make sure no injuries and optimum performance was gained. A wonderful camaraderie among participants naturally came about. Then, mismanagement, James, happened and the highly educated staff were forced to leave and an uneducated in anything athletic, was hired. If he is still there do not expect any serious or helpful athletic training . His name is Jordan. The price of membership is far too much to put up with him. Calling his superiors has not helped. Where prior trainers showed the exercises and offered ways to adjust and accommodate differences in an admirable way, current trainer, Jordan, sits on a box swinging his legs complaining about his life, the entire time. You may find this a good gym but if he is not replaced and equipment not updated in a big way, you will be disappointed.

Under no circumstances should you ever come here nor should you believe ANYTHING positive about…read morethis place because this is the single worst gym I have ever been to. It was bad enough when I worked here years ago but now it's so much worse. I took my girlfriend (now wife) here after picking her up from a hard, 8-hour shift at work to get her a nice shower just for both of us to be interrupted by two nasty women who worked there yelling at us to get out because it was past 8 and they close the locker rooms past 8. Keep in mind, I paid extra for a 24-hour membership and these inept people don't even keep any of the gym facilities open for 24-hours nor were we even informed of this. So they offer a 24-hour open membership that actually isn't 24-hours, you get treated like crap because the staff are jerks, and even worse, these people can't take criticism when you leave them bad reviews! I left one on Google and they responded in a condescending way saying "It's not true" and "You're being kinda harsh" like I just made all this crap up. Zero accountability for horrible service and behavior. Do not come here ever. They don't deserve your business.

This is a great ymca with super nice people. Very new as well. A great pool area as wellread more
