We had one truck parked in front of our house leaking oil, I called and the guy blew my off, I called again and the guy was just plain rude...made a comment, "you know it's a public street!" Yep, I front of my house leaking oil we're my grandkids play! DUKE'S tree services are NOT good neighbors nor do they make my community safe! Half the time I try to pull out of Washington St on to Main St I have nearly been hit by another vehicles traveling east/west bound because they park there equipment on Main St and you have to pull completely out in the road just to get a clear view! My neighbors and I have taken lots of photos because I moment one of us gets hit someone is going to answer.....DUKES or the City of East Helena for no enforcing!!!
