They are rude and place us on hold for several minutes because they cannot answer a basic question. I'm thinking maybe provide better training for your staff before having them use your phone lines? They could not schedule my father's post-op appointment that his doctor recommended. We were told we had to wait for the clinic to call us and MAYBE "squeeze" him in the schedule. There is no compassion or sense of urgency from them. Do not trust them!

Not only did they fail to protect their patients' healthcare information, but they did not bother to recover it. Their only instincts were to cover their own @#$ and send patients a letter to be vigilant for identity theft ... because they certainly weren't! Dr. Martin Wall has progressively cared less over the years and frequently ran late. The last visit, I waited well over an hour. He told me right when he walked in he didn't have any time for me because his last patient ran long and his lunch was next. She also reaches out with phone calls on results, and after procedures to make sure you're okay or to discuss things. That little touch just makes receiving medical care that much better. I also had to see the P.A. Michi and she was just great all around. Very caring and professional. I think she compliments Dr. Nazemi well. I am glad to have them both on my care team.The office does get busy but I have gotten follow-up calls and messages in a timely manner. It also helps that I work in the area so getting to and from appointments isn't a big issue, I like the convenience and they've worked with me and my work schedule.
