When it was fitted and I went to pay, I was very surprised and disappointed to be charged the £193 + £40 for the 20 minutes it took to swap it out. Groves Batteries website should be far clearer about the fitting charge.

Tell me it will be collected on a day then it wasn't. Tell me they will rearrange and it wasn't. Now tell me I have to fork out another £20 to get it collected. Then tell me to take to Halfords to get them to check it and email them with fault report. Get it checked and Halfords tested struggles to even read how bad the battery is. Send them the report and get told that it wasn't tested properly as it wasn't charged! Its DUFF and it wont charge!!! Now tell me that, yes you have guessed it, I need to pay them another £20!!!
