They are herding patients through like their. milking cows. They also no longer seem to care about patient safety or cleanliness. The room I was in had a open sharps container of dirty needles you could just reach in and grab a handful ,a drug dependents dream. Neither the Dr or nurses washed their hands in between patients. I'd give them a zero if I could which is unfortunate as they at one point would of been a 5 even with long waits.

I have called three separate times and was told their billing system had issues and that it would be corrected. Despite this, I continue to receive bills -- most recently again in February 2026 -- for the same February 2024 "no-show" appointment that I did not schedule or miss. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Ongoing billing errors and lack of resolution have made this a very negative experience, and I will not be returning to this location.
