The invoice was paid in full on November 10, 2025. After receiving invoices for the same amount in December and January, I emailed the office on January 14, 2026, to request a correction and provided verification of payment. It should have been a clue that it took 3 business days to receive the following response from A.B., a "Senior Billing Specialist," stating that my information had been forwarded for review. I was then asked, "Please allow some time for the review process." Fast forward six weeks to today, and nothing but crickets and two more unpaid invoices showing up in the mail

Problem is, I never asked for nor agreed to a purchase of Wellbel in October. I simply paid my co-pay. I'm pretty sure they legally cannot apply the co-payment made that day to any other purchase, but I was told that is exactly what happened by the first rep I spoke with. Additionally, my December 2nd billing statement shows I owe additional co-pay, which my insurance company advised me is false information. I don't think I can return to Forefront Dermatology with the billing in shambles like this; I shouldn't have to fight for accurate billing. I would attribute zero stars if possible.

I have not and will not visit this spa. This review is…read morebased totally on the phone call I made this morning. I have priced and spoken with several area medi-spas offering the laser hair removal service. These local spas have quoted me (or have prices on their websites) around $50 to $60 per session with packages available at reduced rates. Consultation visits have all been free. When calling the La Vie Medi-Spa, I spoke with someone that said "Um" and "Like" a lot. She quoted me a price of $150 for a session with NO packages available and a $75 consultation fee. This quote surprised me after hearing the other lower quotes. I then inquired why their price is so much higher than other local places; I know little about the spa visit so though maybe there was something more to the story. Maybe they did extra work or had extra education/experience levels. She answered, "I dunno know, you can like talk about that in the like consultation." I will pass on this spa purely based on the non-information given to me on the phone, the price, and the unprofessional phone service.

I had a great facial there. I'm very worried about the ethics of the doctor. I scheduled a Sculptra…read moretreatment. The office called several customers including myself begging me to move my appointment time up by a week. The nurse apparently pre mixed the Sculptra vial (which is important to do) for a client that later did not want it (a miscommunication between nurse and patient). If I accepted, I would be been injected with a vial that was standing premixed for over 9 days! The Sculptra website and every dermatology practice in the area informed me that any unused vials must be discarded at the office's expense within 72 hours or it is considered contaminated with bacteria, not matter what- even refrigerated and unused. Dr. Savola (according to an RN and a secretary) claimed the premixed vial was acceptable for up to 2 weeks! The office was frantically calling customers to give them a "discount" on the dermal filler because they did not want to eat the costs. I called the company and they told me they would investigate "this very unsafe practice and send a written notification to the office regarding the proper use of the dermal filler". Scary office practices here with dermal fillers, wondering what else they "stretch" the rules with? i'm sure they "know" the proper procedure, but were willing to risk take a risk on a customer's face over losing money. Again, the office was beautiful, clean, friendly, but one must worry about the ethics of the doctor.

Great Podiatrist Office located in a great location within a couple miles of the interstate…read more Parking was ample on the day of my visit. The building houses a dermatologist office as well so definitely make sure you check the sign on the door when you walk in the entrance to ensure you are heading to the correct office. The receptionist was friendly, quick, and efficient. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes from the scheduled time of my appointment to be seen which was awesome. The nurses and doctor that assisted me today were super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a podiatrist!

You need to be sure the doctor that sends the referral lists every possible issue/description of…read moreyour problem because if every detail or possible detail is not listed then you're wasting your time. My foot/ankle issues are a bit complicated. I couldn't get past the "assistant" because I wanted to find out if the problem I'm having with my left foot might possibly be related to the fact that my right leg had been broken a few years ago and had resulted in an ankle injury as well as some residual foot paralysis (both feet) from an earlier illness. But because every possible detail had not been listed on the referral she then told me the doctor "would not" talk with me concerning the other facts. I had hoped every fact concerning my foot/ankle problems could have been discussed/looked at. But I left without so much as even meeting a doctor much less having anything examined. I know for whatever reason you can't talk to a specialist unless you've been referred there by your PCP. I could have paid my copay and talked to their doctor (whoever he is) about my left foot but the assistant was clear that he could not talk to me about anything else. I asked her "what good are you/he then?" She told me I needed to go back to my doctor and get a proper referral and then her doctor would schedule a "30 minute appointment" and talk to me about everything else. It appears it's all driven by the money. I thought that was so very big of him. And all this was after her leaving the room 3 separate times to ask him questions and then return and answer mine. So what is she needed for then? To be fair to my doctor's practice, my referral was not sent by my doctor but by another doctor in his practice (as he had no opening at the time). So I'm going back to (my) doctor to start this process all over again and get another referral to a podiatrist. But I have no intention of wasting more time with these folks. I originally asked to see Dr Ocheltree at this practice (as I know him and greatly respect him) but he was out of the country doing mission work related to his profession. Perhaps some others at this practice should follow his example? To say I left there disappointed would be an understatement. I am curious though about one thing. In this era of confidentiality and being private I find it extremely odd that a patient would take pictures of the inside of the business and the fact that the office staff would permit such a thing? Odd.

Her appointment was with Tina. She had Kybella done & was wondering why she wasn't seeing results for it when it's been weeks & it's because she wasn't mapped out & was only injected THREE times. I have had kybella done myself a couple times at my medspa & I was mapped out both times & each vial of kybella contains 50 injections, my friend was injected in random spots THREE times. There's no wonder she doesn't see any results. She was told she would have to come back to get kybella done AGAIN for the results she wants but how would she get the results from THREE pokes of kybella?? When paying for Kybella at full price, the patient should get the whole vial. The woman who was assisting asked the injector if she was going to map her out & the response was "no I've done this enough times to eyeball it" - yet she only received 3 injections. Her neck/chin area is still swollen & hard to the touch in those 3 specific spots. She also had jawline filler done & ended up with two big hematomas from being punctured wrong. Which she received an apology but that's it. She asked for Botox on the tail of her brow areas & between the start of her eyebrows, but she ended up getting Dysport instead, because she was told it's BETTER than botox - she might as well have been injected with air. She also got her lips done as well & that was the only thing she was satisfied with. She spent $2k for everything & would have been better off just having her lips done. She has contacted this place by email multiple times trying to figure out how to get a refund or get these issues fixed & she's being ignored, she hasn't heard anything back. I had attached photos of the after results of the swelling on her neck/chin area, as well as the lines/wrinkles still very present where she received Dysport.
