Eeek. If you expect a stable, safe place to live for the duration your lease, I'd look elsewhere…read more My family just had to move out in an emergency situation due to toxic mold and were left to come up with sudden unexpected moving costs and the hassle of finding somewhere else entirely to live because they would not give us the option of moving to a different unit for the remainder of our lease. On top of that, you don't get what they advertise. Pools have been open only a handful of weeks for the past two years, gym and hangout room are often closed, gate is always broken. Trash and dog poop everywhere. Revolving staff, maintenance is a joke, they ruined almost every belonging we owned by blowing toxic mold from the HVAC system and ducts all over our unit after gaslighting me that it was just dust. Professional testing proved it was in fact, toxic mold. Absolutely no recourse whatsoever from management to help us. Problem probably arised from multiple leaks and floods in my unit from unit above that were either not responded to in any type of timely manner or were not responded to with appropriate measures to prevent mold growth. My whole family has been extremely sickened from this, and we lost almost everything. On top of that, there was a time our fridge was starting to go out, maintenance never came for 5 days, by then it had totally quit, we lost hundreds of dollars in groceries, again, no recourse from the complex. If we didn't have help to get us out of the situation, we financially could not have afforded to move so abruptly on our own and that's a very tough position to be put in, I would be extremely cautious in moving in here because we were loyal tenants and were literally forced out in the middle of our lease at our own expense.

I would be weary of all of the positive reviews on here because the reminder emails the office…read moresends out to the residents (stop leaving your trash out FOR DAYS on your patios, stop throwing your trash out on other people's patios, stop entering people's patios, stop letting your pets poop/pee on your balconies/patios) and the posts residents write on the community board (people getting stuff stolen, kids constantly knocking on people's doors, people being unreasonably loud - like at all hours) paint a different picture. I wrote a review on Google about how HORRIBLE the apartment I'm in is on July 8th 2025 and corporate responded with a telephone # and email to contact them at on July 9th. I contacted them and like many others, got no response. Upon move-in, I had maggots in my freezer, there was suspicious brown liquid spilled all over the fridge, kitchen drawers were broken, A/C was leaking, the front door didn't close properly, the carpet is old, matted and dirty (I have to wear slippers or my feet will literally be grey). My front door leaks if it rains even though they've 'fixed it.' They came to spray for bugs but it didn't really do much, so I guess that is ANOTHER thing I'll have to take care myself of like fixing my sliding glass door, my clogged drain, and I gave up on my broken dishwasher (another thing they 'fixed' but it just broke again). You want to evoke your right to 'Quiet Enjoyment?' You won't get that here. My neighbors slam their front door literally all day. My windows shake in their frames, thats how hard they slam their door. I was told to document everything, so I've done that. I get woken up at 1, 2, 3 AM at least 3 times a week and then get woken up at 7am by slamming doors. Their kid runs around the apartment and screams; it's like Jurassic Park, I have dishes on my counter that shake from the running (I have all this on video for proof too). All of this for $1700, total scam. If you do decide to move here (may God be with you), pay for a covered parking spot. I've been here 4 months now and I already have 4 dings/scratches on my car. I've NEVER had this happen at any other apartment and I've been renting almost continuously since 2006/2007. My car is only 1 1/2 years old and was in PRISTINE condition when I moved in (I work from home so I only go out for errands and stuff) and when I do, I park far out, so I know for a FACT that they all came from here. One happened the first 3 DAYS I was here, and I hadn't gone anywhere else, lol. The manager is pretty incompetent and refuses to do anything about all of this, which is pretty frustrating to say the least. If your complex is having all of the issues I stated above YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY DOING SOMETHING WRONG. I know you can't control people, but I can't remember in recent history being in an apartment this bad demanding this much rent for such small square footage with 10 yr old appliances; its rambunctious.

I asked her about what they accept regarding income verification to which she told me paystubs, bank statements and offer letters. I work in the restaurant industry so at first I provided them with a letter from my work explaining that I make my income in tips and my paystubs don't reflect on the actual amount of money made. They didn't accept that - I said ok. I then provided them with an offer letter of new employment along with my paystubs from my work as well as bank statements that proved I made my money in tips. I hadn't heard any update about my application so I called and Abigail explained that the property manager was on a retreat and was working remotely so if I didn't hear back on Friday then I would on Monday. On Monday I called 4 times - No answer. I emailed Abigail twice - No Answer. I received an email from Abigail on Tuesday saying she was out sick the previous day and so was the property manager. Abigail then explained to me that I needed to provide a paystub from my new job (the offer letter that I just received) and I was going to be denied if I couldn't provide that. In the offer letter I received, it states that I get paid monthly on the 15th from the month prior worked. Which means I didn't have a paystub from that job and I wasn't going to until a month later. But they had told me they accept offer letters? I then emailed Abigail asking for corporates information to of course - no response. Since I didn't hear back, I called, Abigail answered. I asked for corporates information and instead of providing me with a phone number, she transferred me to Brittney. I spoke to Brittney about it and she told me she would look into it and give me an update within 24 hours. It's been over 24 hours, still no update and still no corporate phone number. I emailed both Brittney and Abigail again about getting corporates number so we'll see if I get anything tomorrow. They say they accept offer letters but they didn't accept mine even after verifying with the company that I had employment there. I am a single parent trying to move to another state and they made this experience terrible. I wasted my time and money applying for this company.

(I am willing to even provide picture and video evidence of all these issues I'm about to list. Feel free to contact me at 817.807.3239 :) Living here has been a nightmare from the beginning. The complex has a serious bed bug problem, and the management refuses to take any responsibility considering it was a problem before we moved in. Despite multiple reports, contacting the city of Bedford, they continue to lie. They even refuse 3rd party terminators to come in and handle the infestation because they want their own Joe Shmoe to make the $400. Car break-ins are frequent in the parking lot, especially on the South side and there's absolutely no security presence or effort made to improve safety. Residents play loud music throughout the entire night resulting in police being called out to the complex and it still continues. Good luck getting ahold of the leasing office. You can call 6-8 times a day, and nobody will pickup and nobody will respond to your emails. This complex is also claimed and told to be "Smoke free". However, numerous residents smoke indoors and outdoors completely disobeying this ordinance. We've even had a mother post on our community page with a newborn on an oxygen machine because her infant can't breathe the cigarette smoke coming from the nearby unit. Management DOES NOT CARE about residents' well-being. There have been multiple water shut-offs with little to no notice, sometimes lasting for hours. I've had to go to work numerous mornings without even taking a shower. EMBARRASSING!!! On top of that, sewer leaks in the parking lot and other plumbing issues are common and go unresolved for weeks, creating health hazards and horrible smells. Overall, this place is poorly maintained, unsafe, unprofessional and mismanaged. Save yourself the stress and money and look for housing elsewhere--this is not worth the cheap rent costs, repair $, throwing out your furniture, or even replacing your belongings infested with bugs.
