Purchased a lovely sterling silver pendant & chain here yesterday - thought it was a fair deal for a lovely piece at $98. Went back today to purchase matching earrings and/or ring & have never met a ruder woman in my life. First she demanded I show her what case the piece came from & when I wasn't sure between 2 cases she got nastier yet. I showed her a photo of the piece I purchased day before (at her shop!) & she screamed at me that it was not peridot in a pendant containing two stones of which one was definitely peridot (I had tried to verbally describe & could not remember the name of the stone that wasn't peridot) . With raised voice & ugly behavior when I was trying to give more business to her store - then to top the cake she yelled she was going to find out who worked the day before as she did not allow photography in her store. I stated I took the photo after purchasing - at my hotel room (to send to my sister as I loved the piece so much) & said she was rude & that she had the worse customer service I have ever seen. It was honestly like something out of a bad movie. Then I left & spent several hundred elsewhere - some very cute & unique pieces with a horrible person at the desk. read more

Don't shop here; the jewelry is really cheap and NOT sterling silver at All!!! The jewelry is COMPLETELY overpriced and not high quality at all. I bought a necklace and earrings here last year for over $200 dollars and in less than a year the silver was tarnishing and turning black, I had to throw it away. Literally throw it away. Not worth it at All. The owner and her staff are not very helpful and not friendly either. You have to ask to look at everything and with limited staff that have to unlock and open every case to get you a piece of jewelry to look at, it can take forever just to look at two items. VERY FRUSTRATING. They also have little to NO size 8 bracelets and have absolutely NO size 10 rings. Poor Service, Poor Quality, Limited sizes...Don't shop here. read more

Great place! Olivia, in particular, was very attentive and accommodating to my sister, who was trying to find the right ring. She must have pulled out at least 10 trays of rings from the display cases so my sister could get a feeling for the diverse types of rings Valhalla carries. She finally found the one! Do not miss Valhalla while in Rehoboth. I must disagree with the previous post, as we found Valhalla to be a truely wonderful find. It features unique jewelry, made with artistry, purpose and passion. Considering the quality of the gemstones and the sterling silver (92.5,despite the previous reviewer's claim), the prices are comparable with similar jewelry. The staff (we dealt with the wonderful Lisa) was exceedingly friendly, kind, interesting, patient, knowledgable, happy and helpful. The master craftsman of the unique jewelry is a very creative and talented person indeed.
