I have been a customer of a similar service in Brampton, ON for many years, and I was generally satisfied with their work. However, having moved south to the balmy Peninsula, I was looking for a new supplier - and I think I've found one. The price was lower than Brampton, and I think the job was done better - having just moved and having transported people, animals, plants, computers, food, and much more over the course of several weeks, it was a mess. Not any more!

Somehow a few questions about using a debit card rather than a credit card upon pickup for the U-Haul made Mr Patel extremely frustrated. This lead to name calling, excessive swearing and being told to "f*ck myself", and being screamed at to "leave the f*cking store" (in front of other customers mind you) upon request of speaking to a manager. Safe to say my issue never got resolved and I had to cancel my reservation with U-Haul because of it. Very classy staff with exceptional service and a great way to run a business. Hopefully the manager doesn't condone this behaviour.

I used to swear by them and have been a long standing customer for 10 years both my husband and I take our vehicles here. Well not anymore! They treat their customers like garbage, no respect at all not even an apology!!!!!! So yesterday I brought my 7 series BMW thru like I always do.... I specifically told them not to open the back door or do the back seat or windows as they were already done, front seats only. Well as I'm standing at the end waiting I watched this idiot kid yank on my door handle hard and then pull out toward him my sliding window screen which comes from inside the door.... I heard something snap.... I said dont do that please, there are buttons to roll them down. Once they finished I noticed my screen was sagging, I went to open my door and my door handle came right off in my hand.... but they also broke my window screen and pulled it out of the frame at the top. So I nicely let them know, then I was asked to wait while they check the cameras.... I know the one brother who owns it he is super nice, but he wasnt there... the other one was... Well he came out and was immediately very rude and hostile, I even said to him why are you acting this way, I'm not upset or being rude to you. He denys his behaviour. Then he says you expect me to fix this?.... I said yes or comp me my car wash today which was 53 dollars! Then he says well your car is old anyway..... lol excuse me? Its still in mint condition with under 200000 on her, doesnt matter if its 10 years old or not I watched him break my window screen, he then plays around with it and says it's just a screw, I look at it and said not it's broken from the frame.... he also had this sassy rude little girl with him. I was being very nice and polite until their hostile behaviour continued.... he says well I watched the tape and why did you go right to the door after? Insinutating I'm lying and it was already broken..... I said to him are you blind.... you can see him pull on it and see me watching him and asking him not to do that..... clearly if someone sees their car get damaged they are going to go look at it right away..... what kind of question is that... then he says well I'm not responsible for this it says on my sign.....SO THAT MEANS ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEM THEY WILL NOT REPAIR, THEY COULD DAMGE THE WHOLE CAR WITH THOSE BRUSHES AND WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ! Then I said to him I've been coming here for 10 years and my husband and this is how you treat your long standing customers? He said I've never seen you here before.... lmfao calling me a liar again.... I said well you've just lost a customer buddy. I said I also know your brother..... he said ya whats his name then? I said I dont need to give you his name to know him... again insinuating I'm lying

They had tough rules and were extremely busy. Instead, I usually went to the Petro-Canada slightly south of them. But in 2019, they are no lineups any longer (guess people are used to the cheap prices). So now I'll go there whenever I want to collect PC Optimum points. In 2020, a few other gas stations around the St. Catharines area now have the same low prices, most of the times. There are still no lineups here any longer. I noticed a lack of paper towels. During pandemic times, some gas stations ask you to use their paper towel when using their pumps - great idea - but I could use that idea at this gas station. They have a car wash and tire air pump.

All facilities are new because there was nothing there before. There are 10 gas pumps in the middle of the lot, nicely spaced apart. There is an attached convenience store called "On The Run". There is a car wash which is almost finished construction. There will be a Tim Hortons, separate from the convenience store, in the near future. I was there on 2023-01-03. On that day, the typical gas price was 149.9 c/L. This gas station had a price of 144.9 c/L. However, St. Catharines' cheapest prices for Esso were normally on Ontario St, and on the same day, the price was 139.9 c/L. There were some troubles with the card reader at the pumps, even though the temperature was about 5C. Trivia: The owner also owns an Esso at 278 Lake St (which I've been to before) and 7 stations in Toronto. There is no free WiFi. The facility is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking.
