Understandably a lot of sprinter van drivers use loves also but because of this I took myself and my business to flying J right across the street. I generally patronize loves over pilot, ta, flying j, etc but going forward if I am unable to rest there like the tractor trailer drivers do without getting approached then I will leave loves alone all together. I spend lots of money there and can definitely take my business elsewhere along with my husband and my 6 drivers.

I don't think it ever did fill up completely. Inside was clean. There's a large lobby with a few tv's. There's a movie theater, pool table, chrome shop, barber, and laundry area. The barber was busy the day we were there and seemed to be pretty popular. The showers are older, but they were clean. They had great water pressure and very hot water. There's a store with limited food options. We ate several meals at the Black Bear Diner. IMO, Black Bear Diner is on the pricey side for what you get. Prices are up; portions are smaller. We did receive good service. The food was a bit hit or miss, though. We had a PM done while we were there. It took a minute for them to finally get us in due to a shift change. The tech was very professional and took the time to talk to us about our truck and anything we needed to be aware of.

Good thing their security latch worked here - unlike the place in Tennessee where an employee walked in on me! They also changed my oil and it was FAST, it only took 20 minutes and I was able to watch him do everything, he didn't take it to the back like dealerships. He even checked my tires for air before I left as a courtesy. Nice, clean small business located in the lower valley of El Paso would highly recommend to get your state inspection sticker and for service.
