Once home he realized they only rotated the tires on one side. Yes he permanently marked his front tires in advance due this happening previously at another dealership so he definitely knew for sure they were skipped on one side. He reached out to the service adviser twice and only received a text saying someone will get back to him but nobody ever did. He ended up making another appointment via the website and noted all of this. Once there they made an excuse that the other side didn't need it. Then it was they were concerned the alignment would be thrown off. In the end they ended up rotating the side initially skipped and tried to charge him again. He refused making it clear he already paid for the service and owed him that. They waived the cost but he said he's done with Haldeman and doesn't trust them and will be going to Freehold Subaru in the future. Of course I had to deal with his high blood pressure frustration the rest of the day after his appointment. To all, it's a good idea to mark your tires and check them after a service like this and easy enough to do. Use a permanent Sharpie, Liquid Paper/White-Out, or even touch-up paint and just make a small mark on the tires but at just one end of the car. Next tire rotation check to see that they were moved to the other end.

I was quoted 1100 to replace my catalytic converter plus tax...nearly 700 for an after market part and 4 hours of labor. When I asked about ordering it online the mechanic said online orders are usually wrong and have to be returned. However when I called Autozone they told me it ranged between 99.99 and 321.00.He also quoted 4 hours of work and after looking it to it I discovered that usually takes1.5 to 2 hrs.He claimed they ran a diagnostic but could not provide a print out nor list of problems with the vehicle but insisted on charging me a diagnostic fee. Even if they offered to do the work for free I would decline because they are dishonest...moral of the story is CHECK CHECK CHECK ...I'm glad it was only a little over 100.00 I was defrauded of instead of hundreds more.

I never worry if I'm being taken advantage of. In fact, I know for certain I'm getting the best service at the best price. I once had Honda look at my 2003 Accord because the power steering fluid had leaked. They thought it was a good opportunity to try to upsell me into a new vehicle, so they quoted a $10,000 list of repairs and told me I'm better off moving on to a new car. I went to Superior to get a second opinion (which is now the first and only one I need), and they got all my work done for $1,800.
