I called my insurance company to help me. They called One Call Away to come and give me a jump. When the tow truck showed up over 1.5 hours later, the driver got out and started yelling at me because my car was in a parking garage, and his truck just barely fit because of the low clearance. He also immediately started hooking up a battery charger to my battery as he yelled. I tried telling him that I informed the insurance company when I requested help that I was parked in a parking garage, and that I didn't know what the clearance was. I said that I told the insurance company that I didn't need a tow truck because all I needed was a jumpstart. He just kept yelling at me saying that his truck is worth $160,000 and other stuff I couldn't understand. This guy was big enough to be a pro wrestler. I started to get scared. I took one step backwards, put both hands in the air (palms out) and said, " Oh my gosh, F**k me." I guess my cussing upset his delicate sensibilities because he then started unhooking the cables from my battery. He just packed up and left without helping me. I asked, "Are you just leaving us here?" He said, "Yep." So I had to call my insurance company again, and they sent a different company to come and help me. The second guy showed up 15 minutes later, was friendly and jumped started my battery for me. I cannot recommend One Call Away to anyone. My biggest complaint is that he upset and scared my child and made her cry because she could hear him yelling at me. I told my insurance company not to give One Call Away any credit for the call or give them any money because they refused to help me and my little girl.

I "borrowed" it and took it to Mr. Bricks to have the headliner fixed for his birthday. Mr. Bricks took his time and did a color match from the factory from my appraisal visit. He had everything there and ready to go when I dropped it off before we left to go out of town. When we got back a few days later, I had to confess that the reason my son dropped me off at my husband's work was because I had left his truck at Mr. Bricks. He was skeptical until he saw it. It was beautiful. It looked like a factory installed headliner. It was the exact color, no wrinkles or stretch marks. It was perfect. I will definitely take my vehicles back to Mr. Bricks. He is fair, honest and fabulous!!

They will cancel your appointments, not return your…read morecalls, and if you do manage to get your vehicle in for service there is zero communication unless you take more time out of your day to go back into the service area where they can magically provide everything you had been calling for, only to not complete the repairs for something that should only take a day and a half. I've been waiting two weeks and getting anyone to talk on the phone is impossible. They might text you back, but it won't be anything useful. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.​
