The location is so convenient because all the stores and facilities are near the residence and it's close by the water. My grandpa loves the view he has from his room! The cost of living in this community is reasonable considering the beautiful location and A+ service. He enjoys the socializing outdoor activities as well as the organized activity made by the staff. The activity staff also goes out of their way to personally come to his room and remind him of the daily activities as he has memories issue. They really offer top notch service when it comes to adapting his needs. The management is extremely friendly and caring. Anytime my father leaves a message for the administrator, he always receives a prompt response and the matters are resolved immediately. We are so glad to have found this place for my grandpa where he is so well taken care of. Finally, i've noticed that the owner always make sure that the manoir is well maintained. Any issues related to plumbing, elevator and such are quickly fixed. I'd give it 6 stars on 5 if i could!

PS a GREAT place !! must sa !!!another example was a friend of mine,died one day from cancer,i was told by a friend who was sitting with me ,that her nephew had told her,i told two of my friends in the dining room of her death.An hour later i was in my room ,when two psw ,who did not knock can barging in and told in a very crual way,it was not up to me to tell the whole F***cing place of her death ,i told them in a very strong voice to get the F**K out of room now !!,or I was going to call the police for trespassing, harassment ,+++ I moved out when they raised my rent over the amount i could afford This room I had was just a room with a bath and lovey view of the river,I found a better place for a lot lower price with a fireplace ,a kitchen and walk in shower,with food home made ,unlike the food out of a box or can at riverdale,if you asked for more they would scold you for asking.Please do not put your loved one with a place full of miserable staff and residence missing most of them missing there marbles.They only want your money
