O do not like when they try to rip me off, i calles 10am and ask for an appointment to put my 15 old dog to sleep, they told me 2pm and also told me $125 for cremation and $30 for group cremation (?), also they offer other servixes like send the ashes, that I was not interested.
When we arrived at 1:45pm, they told us that the total was $265, I told them that I do not eant any extra service and they told me that is not any that there is a $100 fee for aftee hour service (start that $125+$30+$100 does not add to $265) I told them that I was not informed about that fee and that the appointmrnt hr was choswd by the receptionist not me, the owner told me:"I do not know and I do not care what the receprionist told you, we stayed an hr open for you and you must oay for that", as I told her, I agree with you, if tou tell me that at the beginning not now, and I will not use your services because I do not feel that is fair charge me something that was not disclosed.
