This is about the Epic pass managed by vail resorts. It's trash, does not record vertical feet, cumbersome. Use all those funds to get something usable please, thank you. read more

Horrible and greedy! We planned a trip the week of March 14-21 to Breckenridge. I called multiple times the days leading up to the trip to see if they were planning on staying open because Covid-19, we flew from Florida to Denver on March 14 to find out they decided to close the slopes. I understand our safety and health is top priority, i understand the decision to close. What is wrong is that we bought Epic Day Passes in December 2019 for our March trip, which we were unable to use. Vail resorts wants to offer us a credit for next season not a refund.. this is bullshit. We spent a ton of $$ on this trip, to end up being able to do nothing. Every other activity we had planned while we were there was also canceled and our $$ was fully refunded. You should follow lead! We should be offered a full refund. No one could have predicted a global pandemic to occur. Shame on you for being greedy in a time like this! You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Vail resorts sucks. They've destroyed one mountain community after another by raping the land, exploiting the towns and it's people then leaving a mess behind. They took the town of Breckenridge which was an affordable, cool little mountain town and turned it into an over crowded, expensive place with tons of traffic which has been poorly managed at the expense of all the people who loved living there. They exploited and destroyed the land simply for profit. They've grown and continue to grow the resort further and further out into untouched wild land simply to reap the benefits of increasing surrounding land values. What a joke. This company may have started from humble beginnings as a great and honorable venture between returning WWII vets that truly changed the landscape of the ski industry and especially the economy for the state of Colorado. However, it's been hijacked by corporate greed and lost all of it's soul, taking the soul of many mountain communities with it. Disgusting. How can a company claim to care about the communities it basically rules over when they picked up stakes and left those very communities? How can you understand the needs and concerns of Vail or Breckenridge when you are running an operation from Denver? What a joke. read more

Vail Resorts is a terrible company. The above reviews is spot on. Vail Resorts kills everything pure and fun about skiing, mountain living, and being human. I feel sorry for Park City, you guys have no idea how bad it just got. They treat their local employees like dirt, 10 an hour for starting ski patrol, all the while the CEO's take in millions. I truly hope they get busted for monopoly scandals or insider trading etc. All I have to say is karma is a bitch, and they will have to pay down the line at some point. read more
