I've lived at these apartments for a little while now, and while I love the location and my…read moreapartment itself, it has been a horrible experience. The manager has family living here and gives them privileges that other tenants would be evicted for. She also plays favorites and will allow her friends' children to do as they please (i.e. ride bikes in the parking lot or on the sidewalk) when these items are numbered as offenses in the lease agreement. I like the closeness of the complex to stores, but with how the place is managed I have DEFINITELY been treated better. Another issue (which is something that I guess can't really be helped) is that fact that the other tenants who have lived here longer than others think that they can boss the other tenants around or slander them. I've actually been considering going to the police because of certain things being said around this place not only by the tenants but by the manager herself. I can't wait to get out of this place!
