Robin Vachter owns Robin's Equine Service and she picks up equine blankets and washes and/or repairs them. I have never used her before but she picked up my almost new blanket that needed a repair and kept it for over 8 weeks! When I called her she claimed that she delivered it to my barn so it must have gotten lost. She said "mistakes happen" and never replaced this expensive blanket. I called her again and her response was to hang up on me. I would expect a reputable business to replace what she lost with the same brand and quality...she wanted to give me one of her old blankets. I am still waiting for her to either find mine or purchase an identical blanket. Robin does not stand by her business and professionalism.
