My Tire Blew out and desinigrated on one of San Diego's most dangerous Highways the 905. I was on…read moremy way to work as I am an essential worker in the Otay Mesa area during the pandemic. I called my roadside assistance and requested assistance because I had no spare tire. My roadside assistance gave me a list of places I could go to replace the tire in the South San Diego area. Unfortunately all the places were closed at 6 am the morning and would not be open till 9 am . The pandemic made it worse because some of those places were completely closed. I seen Gallegos Tire Service and 24 hour roadside service in my Yelp search nearby Tire service. I called and was not able to get through however , Jose the owner called me right back. He said that he had 1 tire that he could mount as a spare and that he was open 24 hrs . I had my roadside assistance service tow my car to Gallegos Tire and roadside assistance and they mounted and replaced the tire with a spare for 35 dollars. I was obviously pretty stoked by the the service because for a minute it seem like I was going to have to tow my car home and it would have required a $600 credit card deposit that would be a hassle to call for reimbursement. I thanked Jose for making his services available during the Pandemic so accessable. He had one spare to fit my vehicle and was very positive that he could get me back on the road quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. If you ever get stranded on the 905 in the early morning or whatever time 24 hrs a day you may want to call Gallegos 24 hour roadside assistance if you don't have AAA. Or if your roadside service is to much of a hassle or doesn't cover the costs.

took my tires to get changed the guy was cool really fast service but after riding my bike 20…read moreminutes i noticed it bouncing so i removed the wheel and they had left a valve stem inside the tire on a brand new tire luckily i noticed it right away but it can mess up somebody elses wheel really bad at high speeds i didnt even go back to fix it with them. if you cant take the time to inspect your work the first time even just rolling the tire then you cant be trusted.

I got a text from AAA right away saying it would be an hour, then immediately after I got a phone call from Earl, telling me they'd be there in 20 minutes. And they were! Not only that, although I was sure my problem wasn't the battery, they used their miracle jumper cables and actually got my car started! I was so overjoyed I forgot to ask the driver his name. He was just delightful and so helpful. He and Earl really saved the day! Do these ratings only go five stars? I would give them six.
