A honest and damming review of R88 media. Use this company at your peril. Our company has employed R88 for around 15 months and at the start they were great but things got serious quickly with their business practises being underhand at best. We spent well over £22,000 in the first 12 months and seen little to no return on our investment, we then paid another £8000 for renewal, hosting, SEO etc. for the following 12 months. Our website Netfit-communications.co.uk was built by them and honestly we were pleased with its look, however once the extortionate direct debts starting flowing we had questions on exactly what we paid for? This was met with serious resistance from the owner who purposefully attempted to cloud the explanation using technical jargon to cover their charges. We had since attempted to reduce the monthly outgoings to a respectable amount, this still being over £800 per month but still hidden charges where applied. We have since had other SEO experts look into our site and while 'pretty' they have confirmed no changes have been made since August last year. They have all commented that while we've paid for specific services these have not been delivered. Since notifying R88 of our need to move suppliers and providing them with sufficient notice we have discovered that our website and coding isn't owned by us, this is despite paying around £5000 for it. read more
