I had the same experience with Troy (I think that's his name- he was a Manager) at the store a few weeks ago. He took his time breaking down the different products and what they do. He also gave me samples of a couple of their products. I left with purchasing 1st Phorm protein powder and Creatine. I'll be coming back this week to get my Collagen. All of the employees are great!
