She listened to what I wanted (which honestly has not always happened with the stylists there) and gave me exactly what I asked for, and offered options when I wasn't sure about something. She was very friendly and had good conversation, without pushing it. As on a previous occasion, I tried to fill out the suggested survey to express my gratitude (survey is at http://www.sportclips.com/survey) but it kept telling me I was entering the store number incorrectly, which I was not (I actually tried it three or four ways but it never worked). But that's my only negative comment. (Kind of surprised they haven't fixed that problem after previously being told about it though.)
