A week after, her hair looks worse than before their hair treatment. We tried to talk to her (Daniela) this morning if they can fix it.. but she just scolded us, she just told us that my wife is not taking care of it even after we informed her that my wife followed all her guidelines and advice. She told us that whatever happens after they treated your hair is not their responsibility. We are very sad to hear this since we paid them good money, We were very excited to have this procedure since we've read good reviews. We're very disappointed and frustrated with how they treated my wife now since they already got the money. Its like they don't care anymore. They post great before and after pictures, but it wont last. We don't usually post a bad review but this treatment is really unprofessional and we just want other people to be aware of this. Below are my wife's before and after photos. If we can go back time, we hope we didn't went to their salon, my wife's hair was way healthier back then. :,( Daniela just informed us that the reason that this might've happened is because of her genes and where we live... we don't know what to say anymore.... they will never admit that they did something wrong or help you.. they will just blame you.
