They did an outstanding job of dealing with this as well as trimming the floor around the stairs and a lot of posts. It was expensive, but not considering all of the trim work, and insulation that was installed under the floor. It looks absolutely amazing and is sound and level as can be.

The first time I came to this shop I who's a bit surprise there are no customers inside but I blame the time or perhaps just keep my doubts for myself because they are the only ones selling floors in Villa Arena, I admit now I who's really stupid not to follow my instinct. Specially if when you come in and see no clients and the only one person in the shop "personal/worker" is smoking a cigarette in the middle of the shop. Anyway; I ignore the facts and place my order trusting the previous experiences with other companies from Villa Arena like NANO / Grando / Sani-Dump (always without problems and outstanding service) I never thought they will never allow this type of company in Villa Arena's club. The situation: In my order (written in the contract) I pay delivery (in my house) not outside in the street in front of the door, they simply refuse to delivery because they just didn't want to do the work, not even when I show the delivery guys the specific word in the contract where it says (delivery 3 Hoog) they just left everything by the street and left without prove of delivery or signature from me as receipt of the order. I found out later the order who's incomplete of course, so this explains everything. Unfortunately the direction did no better when I call to explain the situation, they simply could not do anything about it, the delivery guy had an emotional brake down and could not complete his work. So they pay me 50 EUR back and left me with a 200 EUR problem at my door. And yes I needed to order more because the order is incomplete and cud not proved anything because the "emotional" delivery guy left without POD prove of delivery, so I pay again for the extra laminated needed to complete the floor (I know!... really stupid!.. But I did it) is really difficult to find same type of floor with any other distributor and I needed to finish my incomplete house so you can imagine the frustration. I pick up the packs myself this time, no way I who's going to ask for delivery but miss calculation and had to return 3 packs only to find out returns are really expensive with Euro Floor "cost me the 50 EUR they pay me back" (this time even when I pick up and return the packs myself) so accept the payment but the only worker at that time in the shop could not make the decision to accept the return because he must consulted with his boss first and today is Saturday so he will not pick up the phone, I will call you later he say. Two weeks later I call to hear where my money is 270 EUR, just to find out they can't returned because the packs plastic cover is a bit damage here and there. (Ridiculous if I show you, if I put the packs in my car the plastic will always get a little scrap somewhere, they also say they are dusty, of course!.. I'm renovating my home!..) Again there is nothing they can do, so I can pick up the packs again. Can you imagine how they make the money?.. This is so out of these days, I really don't know how is possible a company stays a live with this inefficient and anti client behavior. I feel rob and abuse, this is what they call in the Netherlands Oplichters. Is my mission to help other to not make same mistake I did. It seems so simple on the website and the advice they give seems very reliable but…read moreunfortunately.... Two months after we sealed our concrete floor with the "2K-PU sealer mat for concrete", damages were already appearing with the least or minor daily use. Specialists who came to measure the damage indicated that sealing a concrete floor with that stuff is not recommended because of problems with adhesion to the concrete. However, "Beton Aparte" throws it on our own fault due to poor application. They hold to this opinion despite having confirmed that all the steps (from moisture content to temperature of the concrete) were done properly. All in all: stay away from "Beton Aparte" and find another supplier for materials like this! They are unreliable, menacing but above all incompetent.
