You practically need a programming degree to use it and they do not train you or help you. Then my router went out 2 months ago and I can not reconnect. I have called at least once a week and can not get one person to help me reconnect. They have sent me directions but the directions are confusing. They have not even tried to contact me to help me or followed up in any way. They have left me high and dry. If you are getting lights make sure you go with a company that is interested in making sure you can use your lights and that has future customer support. The install should be the beginning of your service not the end.
